If I could rate lower I would. I stopped going to this subway because of the employees being rude and their food was always terrible. BUT today I had to go here for the convenience…wouldn’t you know it I regret my decision and will absolutely NOT be coming back. When I first ordered the two female employees greeted me and were trying to be helpful but were working on online orders so I was being very patient and understanding. Then the male employee that helped me out was not wearing anything to stop his hair from falling in to my food. My husband wanted the meat amd cheese warmed up and not toasted so when I asked him to do that he reacted with a sigh of inconvenience like I asked him to solve world hunger. This continues with everything I asked. Then the register froze and instead of trying to figure out the issue he stormed off leaving me there waiting to pay for my food. I will not be back and will continue to take my business to the subway on maplecrest and state street because they always have great service and quality. I just threw away 30.00 because my food almost made my husband and I throw up.

I’ll start off by saying I’m not a fan of Subway by any means, but I had a gift card.
I stopped by after work to order dinner. There wasn’t anyone in line in front of me, I pulled up to the window. The woman on the headset was trying to talk to me, but the speaker didn’t work very well, it’s volume was incredibly low. They told me that there were orders ahead of me, and I needed to wait. I waited. A couple minutes later, they told me I could order.
I ordered the monster sub, footlong. It was about $16 with tax.
The sub itself was actually pretty good, but I would have never paid that without the gift card.

First id like to start by saying they made my sandwhich, then lost it.( yes they really lost my sandwhich) Had to remake it, asked me 3 different times what kind of sandwhich it was. It was than remade WRONG and with one tiny smear of tuna. Wasnt aware that a footlong only comes with one scoop of tuna in the middle. Both halves of my footlong had absolutely no tuna on one side. Guess were just paying for bread and veggies now. Very dissapointed.

Ordered an all American sub and I went and picked it up and i only have 30 minutes and its a 10 min drive there so I got back opened it up and it was a chicken sandwich with all the things I dont like on it and I dont like that chunk chicken so I couldn’t even eat and had to finish work. I emailed them and the district manager messaged me back saying she would give me 20% off on my next order and wont respond back after I said that wasn’t enough

I pulled up to the window at 640pm 1-17-24 and was told he was helping inside customers and he would get back to me in a minute. At 656pm. I texted my husband and told him I was still waiting. At 700pm 20 mins of sitting at the order screen that is unreadable I left. I pulled up to the window to get a manager number and store number. When 1 employee came to window while I seen another at the counter. With no indoor customers seen at that time. The white truck in line behind pulled off before I did. So you lost 2 customers in a 20 min span.
1. Drive thru service is still customer service.
2. How is anyone supposed to read this sign.

Ordered a salad online to take to work. Opened the salad at work and realized they had forgot a major component to the salad. No lettuce or spinach, both of which I ordered. How does that happen? Definitely check your order if ordering online.

Condy and julie are VERY RUDE i will never make this a truck stop my boyfriend and i use. This was the WORST customer service i have ever had. Attitude when they are helping you AT THEIR JOB is crazy to me.

Every time I go to this subway the service is awful. I ordered on toasted flat bread and one cold sub. They put them in the same bag and when I asked why they were in the same bag all the employee said was ‘Well I didn’t make them” instead of just putting them in separate bags. I just took my food and walked out. This is not how you take care of customers. I wish this corporation would descend on this location and retrain their people on how to properly treat customers.

Ordered a kids meal with no bread, specifically asked for it in a cup or a bowl (literally anything other than this cookie bag would have worked). Was served tuna in a bag. By the time I got home it was leaking all in the bag and I had to throw it out.
