A quick stop for my subway craving while I was passing by to highway 469. The location has Phillips 66 gas station outside and small convenience store next door. The subway staff was amazing. The guy who made my sandwich, loved to make a sandwiches! On a long drive you just need someone who makes you feel welcoming and , this is the place. Clean, safe and quick service. May be a minute detour from the highway. Parking is free.

The man who made my girlfriend and I’s food, (Mike) had such good energy, he made sure our food was perfect, and everything was fresh!! He made sure we had everything we wanted on it, he was very upbeat and friendly, definitely a good experience with a kind man serving us! We will be back

The sandwich maker was friendly. However, the food was poor. I didn’t finish what I ordered. Nothing tasted fresh. Though the sandwich was toasted it was chewy like it had been sitting in the cabinet all day. The ingredients felt the same way.

The lady working seemed new. I ordered a flatbread and ways do and know they are toasted but for some reason this lady out my eggs and things that needed heated in a container and put it in the oven without toasting the flatbread. I didn’t say anything thinking maybe they changed something and it isn’t required toasted anymore. When she got the stuff out of the oven, she used her gloved hands to take the hot items from the container and put them in my sandwich and she clearly was burning her fingers. I asked for a cup of water and when I got the receipt, she charged me for a drink. The first bite of the sandwich I knew was supposed to be toasted because the flour from the bread was coming off on my fingers.

The store took an online order of ours. At the time they were experiencing a power outage, which we did not know at the time. We ordered using a gift card. The order went through, and the funds were taken from our gift card. The store called us and informed us that they could not complete the order. We have called several times since then, and the manager has been extremely rude. They will not make the order we paid for or help us get a refund. NO apologies, just a poor attitude and rudeness. AVOID.

I was charged without receiving food, wouldn’t reimburse me, it’s been a week now, account still shows I was charged. Female manager has been incredibly rude each time I ask and said it’s not her fault. Wouldn’t give me the owners number, apologize, or try to make it right in any way. I will never eat here again, and Subway is a regular for our family of 7.
