Placed an online order and got there exactly when it said, when I arrived there were 3 workers and two customers. I approached the counter and said I had an online order and she looked at me like she was disgusted with me and said name? And I told her my name and she threw her hands up and said WELL ITS NOT DONE and then walked to the back and sat there with her arms crossed. The two guys that were working said they would take care of it. My dad is in the hospital getting a stent put into his heart which is why I placed online so I could be in and out. Then I finally receive my order and get to the hospital and neither of the sandwiches were made correctly. I asked one of the guys for the woman’s name and they said uh uh Mary I think? So I’m not even sure if that’s her name. But she has No business working customer service anywhere. Wasted 21$ on attitude and incorrect sandwiches.

Food would have been good if they would have gotten it right! Order online and they put spinach on my wrap when I didn’t ask for that didn’t ask for it on any of them. Then I called to have a sub toasted that I forgot to put and she told me she couldn’t do that for me very disrespectful.

We picked up a foot-long sub from Albion Subway and ate half of it and found a hair and spit it out right away, but kept gagging for about 20 minutes because it tasted like sweat. Only one person was working and never going back again.

I have never been to a subway there they never change there gloves they just go from sub to sub with the same gloves on this is gross. I order a dipper and it looked nothing like the picture it was like a flat bread sub. We sat there and watched them make 6 subs and never changed their gloves and the one girl helping rap the subs didn’t have gloves on at all.

If I could leave a negative rating I would. We had an online order when we got there 20 minutes later to pick it up it wasnt even started. We proceeded to wait an half an hour while they took other orders from people coming in after us and then didn’t even have the prep the finish our order with no way of any reimbursement or even an apology what so ever. Will absolutely never be going her again.

Couldn’t believe the extra items that were offered on the menu. Everything was real fresh. The associate knew her stuff, was very good and had a very nice deposition. The unit was very clean. Next time I’m out that way I’ll be sure to drop in.

I stop by this location usually once a week on Thursdays late in the evening. I’ve never had a bad experience whatsoever. I would drive out of my way if I didn’t conveniently live in Albion just to visit this particular Subway because of the customer service alone.
