Just ordered an Italian BMT with spinach, black olives, cucumber, and onions. The only meat on it is bacon. It doesn’t have any onions on it, and I asked for vinegar and mayonnaise and didn’t have either on it. Then the employee, black guy that gave my fiancée the sub, tried hollering at her. How ridiculous is this place. Didn’t make the sub correct and made my fiancée feel super uncomfortable.
WE WON’T BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

This subway needs to learn the process over! This subway has always been a last resort subway. Today showed they just dont have a clue I ordered a sandwich and they put cheese on the bottom of the sandwich then meat on top of the sandwich then he asked what sauce I said I will take onion etc and he was dead set on adding sauce to the meat first and Wouldn’t listen to what I wanted.
They need to greet customers by Hi, welcome to subway instead of whats UP.
They all need to go ordered a sandwich from Heritage square subway and learn the process.

Every time I go to this subway there are absurd waits. The drive through will be empty, they won’t be working on orders, the lobby will be empty, and they still manage to tell me that there are subs ahead of me when I walk in. I have walked in after placing a mobile pickup multiple times seeing that one or more of the workers aren’t working on anything, only for them to tell me that they have sandwiches ahead of me, which is a lie since they immediately get to my sandwich that I ordered more than 30 minutes ago and no one walks in during the 15 minutes it takes the workers to make my turkey sandwich. Please just go to a different sandwich shop, you will almost never receive your order on times and the few times that you do, something is almost always wrong.

I actually never placed an order as I arrived at 8:05pm and lobby was closed, employee mopping floor, I see drive thru is open till 9pm so I pull around and sitting at the order screen for 5min with no one getting with me, I pull up to the window and it is wide open and can hear employees laughing and cussing, I yell for help but no one comes up, decide to place a order through app and before I finish an order comes in and I hear an employee start cussing and yelling as they come up to a register 8 ft in front of me and is upset that a customer had the audacity to placed an order while open. The whole time she never look over and just keeps throwing a fit about an order coming in almost another hour before close. I decide I probably don’t want these people making my food and leave. No other subway close so I decide to go to another place, Subway lost money and gets this bad review as I feel it is owed. Staff should be manning stations if I cannot get into store and employees should understand you are paid to take orders as the money from us customers is what their covers their paycheck, not throw a fit when people put orders in almost another order hour before close. Tried to do this through Subway direct but their chat on their site limits you to 255 characters so here is where it is being posted.

As soon as we got in the door round 730 the lady behind the counter started cussing and saying they where done. She went and locked the door. They let the new girl go home told her she was to slow. Then she started making our sandwiches, the guy kept quite most the time. She messed up my daughters sandwich forgot the sauce for the teriyaki and my Italian barley had any meat. She wasn’t paying attention and was complaining the whole time. Horrible service experience.

Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to.
The place is spotless, the crew actually looks like they want to be there (rare, I know), and the sandwiches? Absolute perfection. Ingredients were fresh, bread was warm, and they didn’t skimp on anything.
Shoutout to the team — they were fast, friendly, and still managed to keep the vibes chill and welcoming even during a rush. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
I’ve been to plenty of Subways, but this one? Feels like the standard everyone else should be trying to meet.

Every time I go to Subway, there is an unecessary wait time in the drive-thru. I don’t know if it’s because they are short staffed or whatever the case may be, but this is unacceptable. Especially if there is just one car in the line.

I haven’t been to this subway in at least 6 months I went the other night two new guys working and will not return spent 40 dollars that was a waste !!! Usually have NO PROBLEM especially at this location.. The employees also wasnt fully trained right also was outside smoking constantly got mad cause I wanted a few extra veggies and still barley got nothing on them !! Also wanted sandwiches toasted but put the bacon on AFTER TOASTING the sandwich… This subway Usually is the best standards especially for when you say extra on a certain veggie but after wasting 40 dollars on an order to where my 4 year old was even complaining you know something was wrong !! Probably won’t return after this even though i still have the receipt…
