The lady rushed our order to payment too soon. Then would not let me order what I wanted on my sandwich because I already paid and did not want 2 transactions. This was after she tried making us pay for 2 out of 3 of our sandwiches because she was in too much of a hurry to figure out what was going on. The lady was rude through and through. I would not go back to this subway. My foot long wrap was smaller than my wife’s 6″ sub.

One of the more professional Subway shops in South Bend. It is located within a (pretty nice) gas station so don’t expect much seating (3 bench seats in total) or atmosphere. Most of the time the staff “efficient” definitely not rude, and they seem great at keeping wait times low. I have not had any problems or rude employees. Toppings and bread were good. If you like a typical Subway you will like this one for carry-out.

Ordered The beast! Very disappointed we order this very often. This time it was so small. Didnt have all the cheese it calls for. The meat was VERY skimpy. Either this employee doesnt know how to make or just chose not to. However the price we pay, the sandwich is expected to be made Right!

The lady that made my Sandwich. Her eyes were wide opened moving everywhere I had a tuna Sandwich. She scooped up the tuna of foot high and just dropped it. She kept on doing that 4 scoops. She dropped one of them another customer looked at me. I was thinking of something I don’t know what he was thinking. But I do know if I ever do get tested for being positive for something . I do know who to blame. I wonder if management don’t care about customers for having people like that in a food environment or anywhere. I do know the difference between people that have disability.

They need to hire friendly workers. The two women working at the time kept rolling their eyes and shrugged shoulders every-time I asked for a little bit more.. they also threw my veggies on the bread not even on the bottom half/ barley any veggies..
