The most annoying thing about subway is inconsistent ingredient layers and ordering something like jalapenos and the sandwich ‘artist’ just puts a few on one side and they’re unevenly placed. The sandwich I had today was not this. The sandwich I had today was nothing short of IMMACULATE. Even toppings. Evenly placed. This sandwich wasn’t made by an artist but by a sandwich GOD. 10/10 will be back. I came in about 4:45 3/01/25

I came in to order a sub near closing time. I was told the meat balls were put away but if I wanted him to go thru all that he would. Well your at work and I’m a continuous customer you know. I then switch to chicken salad he says do u want this which is at the bottom on the container. This was may first job at 16 and we never ran it the way it is now rude and no knowledge of how customer service is ran. He’s been fired before and shud Def be fired again.

Nice Subway joint in Warsaw. Being a creature of habit, I intended to get my usual tuna. I let a young lady named Jesse talk me into getting her “famous” cheese steak, and it was worth it! I enjoyed the sandwich so much I called back to the store from work just to thank her!

Lack of customer service. Upon multiple diffencies, would not toast our sandwich after we found out they didnt toast it. Told us to go home and microwave it. What? We were on our way out of town and had stopped their since we dont live in warsaw. Awful experience. Should have gone elsewhere

Literally pissed I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and my husband goes to pick up the food and the door is locked and the workers looked dead at my husband and would not open the door we’ve tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up the phone either. This is outrageous they need to be fired.
