Spacious and up to date Subway. They have booster seats and high chairs for kids. Clean enough. Not too busy on Tuesday evening, but steady stream of customers. The food was fresh.
Minus a star for employees not being friendly. They were ok, but barely made eye contact.
And minus a star for not having an online order ready when the customer walked in. This is how it went down.
Employee 1: Did you do this order?
Employee 2: [ignores question]
After a while, employee 2 starts making the order as online customer pulls into the lot, then made excuses for why the order wasn’t ready.
I would come back again.

Our app experience is always a nightmare so its great when we do go into the shop and everyone is so kind and helpful! The shop is always so nicely maintained and food looks fresh.

Placed a mobile order and it took me 15-20 minutes to drive there, which is the usual time most subways have a mobile order ready. My mobile order was not ready and the only one sitting on the counter. There were 6 people in line so I sat by the pick up and quietly waited while several other people came in and got their sandwiches made (12-15 people total). The girls working kept looking over at me but never said a word. By this time I’ve been sitting for over 20 minutes. The boy employee left the mobile order/orders sit this whole time that the young lady running the register kept sitting in front of him. So by this time several more mobile orders came in and were placed on top of mine. Then when everyone was done being helped, I mentioned I have been sitting, waiting quietly for 20 minutes to get my mobile order and that’s just ridiculous. That’s on top of my drive and they didn’t even touch the mobile orders still. I was met with attitude from the 5 year boy employee, laughing and making rude comments. Finally after him running his mouth non stop, he started making the mobile orders, smiling and giggling under his breath. So I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Why? because mine was 5 down from the top! Poor customer service is an understatement. He should be fired.

Fresh ingredients, pleasant employees. Only suggestion is that they were already mopping the indoor dining area giving appears that indoor dining was closed. Did not have complete selection of cookies. Did not see option for new foot long sides.

I’ve been going there for years and it’s always good. The woman that works in the morning is great and my sandwiches look better than the pictures (something you don’t see very often in fast food). I’ve been to other subways where they made the sandwich so sloppy that it looked unappetizing. Syracuse Subway is the best!

If you have a long beard, you should have probably been informed to wear a beard net. Dudes beard was just hanging over our sandwiches. Pretty disgusting when you are very aware of how unsanitary that is. ♂️ No excuses.

I haven’t been to the Syracuse Subway in quite awhile. Their service wasn’t very professional before, but this evening I thought I would try it again. Everything was so much better than before. The service was awesome. They were friendly and professional. Usually when I go into a subway and order a sub the person that puts the sub together is very stingy with the meat serving. This time I could actually taste the meat and nor just the sub bun. I was impressed with the huge difference from the last visit. Good job Subway. I will be back.
