Previous review/experience:
Well the owner replied to their survey via email and advised they’d look into a refund on an overcharge. Haven’t heard a peep even after my follow-up emails. Maybe it’s silly over a few bucks but I’ve given plenty of business to other restaurants in the area that may have gone to this place.
But if you order online they don’t really read the order. Maybe they glance at it once. But there’s always something obvious that gets missed.
Foot long once turned into a 6 inch.
Note to not include ham, since the website doesn’t let you remove included meats; ham included every time.
Toasted? Nope. Cold with unmelted shredded cheese.
And you really can’t do anything about it unless you go in person. There’s no online customer support, and good luck getting your call answered. If you go back in person with the sandwich they’ll fix it and that’s all, which honestly defeats the purpose of conveniently ordering ahead.
Walk in got my subs from the rack and the employee was sitting down at a table and she gave me attitude when I asked to make sure it was mine. Also I got a hard seed like thing in my sub as well so I will never return to that subway again but the gas station is alright
