The store says it’s open at 7:30. However it is not it’s currently almost 8:30 and they still aren’t open I would not suggest coming to this Subway it sucks!!! This is a common thing on a weekly basis

Be alert when going to this location. I just ordered 2 dippers within the last 15 minutes. When preparing them, I noticed she only had one flat bread. I said i ordered 2, so she gets out another. I wasn’t 100% certain with the portion of ingredients, I didn’t have my phone to look it up, but she only gave me half the ingredients in both dippers (2 pieces of pepperoni, 2 pieces of cheese) it’s supposed to be double that. Then she asks me what sauce i wanted, and was only going to give me one dip, even though I ordered 2 dippers. It seems to me like they’re trying to get by with skimping as much as they can, especially with their notes posted about times being tough and not accepting certain coupons.

I went to Subway and said I wanted the hot honey chicken sandwich but when the employee made it they put way to much creamy Sriracha and made the sandwich have way to much spice to it not having the other ingredients actually having taste.

This used to be the best subway around. I would go out of my way to get a sub when I was craving it. Used to have the best bread and the best sandwich makers around. The lady that used to always make my food was usually a bit grumpy, and one might even say a little rude, but boy, did she make the best sandwich! So much so that I didn’t even care about all that other stuff….then the new management took over and completely flipped that all about. Bread sucks, picks and chooses what coupons they want to take, poor customer service, and it seemed like the lady didn’t understand what I was saying when I was telling her what I wanted so I just gave up and took what she came up with. It was not good. Now, I will be going out of my way to avoid this particular, once great, not so much anymore, subway

Revisiting this review, can’t say much has changed except their increase in prices across the board. While this may be a national chain move, reviewing the specific Subway is an effect of that move. Subway just isn’t what it used to be. Leaving this at 1 star

Previous review/experience:
Well the owner replied to their survey via email and advised they’d look into a refund on an overcharge. Haven’t heard a peep even after my follow-up emails. Maybe it’s silly over a few bucks but I’ve given plenty of business to other restaurants in the area that may have gone to this place.

My bread was doughy my chicken and bacon was COLD ( EVEN THOUGH IT’S PRE COOKED) I SPENT ALMOST 34 DOLLARS ON MY ORDER AND DON’T KNOW ONE ANSWER THE PHONE THERE VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AND I’LL BE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY REFUND BACK.

New manager was rude as soon as we walked in the door. Told me my coupon that arrived in the mail that day was expired. Challenged me and also the other 2 women that have made that place welcoming. I can see this establishment going down hill quickly.

It’s convenient and the ingredients are decent.
But if you order online they don’t really read the order. Maybe they glance at it once. But there’s always something obvious that gets missed.
Foot long once turned into a 6 inch.
Note to not include ham, since the website doesn’t let you remove included meats; ham included every time.
Toasted? Nope. Cold with unmelted shredded cheese.
And you really can’t do anything about it unless you go in person. There’s no online customer support, and good luck getting your call answered. If you go back in person with the sandwich they’ll fix it and that’s all, which honestly defeats the purpose of conveniently ordering ahead.

We got two foot longs one had very little toppings the other the toppings were globbed in to excess even though that one was supposed to be light on the toppings.
Walk in got my subs from the rack and the employee was sitting down at a table and she gave me attitude when I asked to make sure it was mine. Also I got a hard seed like thing in my sub as well so I will never return to that subway again but the gas station is alright
