The woman that typically is working here has some of the worst people skills I have ever encountered in my entire life. The food was the worst… totally dry. Made incorrectly, and took half my lunch break to get my sub finally made… I ordered it 20 minutes before I went on break, and the app said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I will never come back.

I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn’t ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding every time!

Received a sheet of subway coupons in the mail yesterday. Around 5:15 I arrived at the subway located at 12530 e. McKinley and bittersweet. The coupon was buy one get one free. I place the order and proceed to the register and submit the coupon. The kid scans the coupon and has trouble with the transaction. He clears the sale before help can arrive. The female comes over and yells at the kid about scanning the coupon. She then scans the coupon just like the young man did and tells me I’ve already used this coupon. I politely explained to this lady that this is the first time using this coupon and that I just recently received it in the flyer. She repeats that I’ve already used the coupon and states there’s nothing she can do and walks away. So I left the sandwiches there and the coupon and left. I’ve managed fueling stations with food service for a number of years and then a Manager trainer. You should never treat people this way.

No complaints. The guy on the cashier is pretty welcoming and all in all the gas station is pretty convenient. It’s a gas station, it is what it is and it does it well.

Food is well it’s subway, the people working are sloppy and messy with your food. You are a sandwich artist now act like it and take pride in what you do , we are watching and your sloppiness is loosing customers left and right

Been very disappointed in this Subway lately. They have gotten so skimpy with their toppings. I got a veggie sandwich with barely anything in it… basically just bread.
