Seriously what is the point of mobile ordering food to save yourself time when every, single, time the sub is literally squashed and squeezed along with literally 1/3 of the toppings a regular sub would get if you went in and ordered.

This happens at every single subway I go to and honestly it’s beyond me. You guys are absolutely insane to think this is okay. Subway sucks nobody should ever put themself through the struggle of getting subway. You will be disappointed and hungry

I just called down to tell them my daughter got food poisoning from a tuna sub she got from there Friday. The lady who answered the phone said o ok. I told her I didn’t want anything, I’m not asking for anything I just thought you should know. I could barely understand her. Then I said huh? What? What? Nothin… So I hung up. My daughter is 16 and tuna subs are pretty much the only sub she eats. Went to St. Joe hospital. They confirmed it was food poisoning and said you might wanna call them and tell them. Well I did. But I’m pretty sure it was pointless.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This Subway location is a perfect example of how poor management can ruin a brand’s reputation. The owner was not only dismissive but outright condescending when I asked about a coupon that had expired by only one week. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy, he spoke down to me as if I was beneath him — an incredibly unprofessional and insulting way to treat a paying customer.

What made it worse was his reaction when I simply said “damn” at the $16.99 price for a sandwich. Rather than understanding that I was commenting on how overpriced it was, he chose to act as though I was broke and couldn’t afford it. That kind of arrogance is shocking coming from someone running a fast-food franchise, and it shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Subway already struggles to justify their rising prices, and when an owner treats customers like they’re a nuisance for noticing, it’s no wonder people take their business elsewhere. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend avoiding it if you value being treated with basic decency.

“Toasted” sandwich cold and hard, extras were completely forgotten, no manager on shift AT ALL (which as somehow who was a shift lead and held store keys as a closer, I know that’s total bs), employees took zero accountability for the fact that food was made wrong and refused to make it right other than giving us our extras on the side. Just completely shitty service and even shittier attitudes.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We got to the drive-through about 9:30 and waited 10 minutes for someone to finally say something. I understand that there were three cars ahead of us but the service We received was not called for. A guy came on the speaker and said that the other lady was ignoring me at the drive-through on purpose because they close at 10. Now remember, we were there at 9:30. They finally said something to me around 9:45. So then I asked if can I order because there was still 15 minutes he ignored me at first then he said no. The fact that he admitted this woman was ignoring me just because they wanted to close half an hour early is completely ridiculous. Now if they said that they were short staffed and have to close early I would’ve understood because I do understand the world we live in at this time. But there was no reason for both of them to be rude to me and treat me the way they did. I’ll never go back here, this was my third chance with them and they still disappointed me. And it was even worse this time. Their sandwiches aren’t even well made. I only went there because it was convenient, from now on it’s either I’ll drive across town or never give my service to subway again. Jimmy Johns even does way better when they have to deliver your sandwich freaky fast and if they are “super slow” they at least let you know. Never have I been to a jimmy johns where people were unpleasant.

The gentleman behind the counter was the most friendly Subway employee I have had the pleasure of meeting. I forgot dinner for my wife who owns Stone Soup Batiks in the same parking lot, this guy was quick and super friendly. Will defiantly be back.

It’s a Subway, food is the same as the others and is perfect for what it is. The only issue is that they don’t honor the valuable promotions of coupons. They limit what coupons they take and even then limit the selection of subs you can apply on top of that. Haven’t been to any Subway since that change.

Update: online ordering allows for some deals, alleviating the coupon limitations in-person. Employees are nice and food is consistent.

They don’t accept any coupons or web offers, ordered $58 worth of food on app. Get there at pick up time they gave, our sandwiches were not even started, they didn’t even know how many we had. We ended up waiting another 45 min for them to make the food. NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible .. charged me $7 for extra meat and there is hardly any meat let alone extra meat.. called, he says “there is nothing I can do” horrible customer service..

Very nice people. Another customer tried to pull a scam and the manager was very cordial, didn’t get angry. Gave the customer the chance to save face.
She didn’t call the cops, didn’t overreact and made the sale. Very cool in a potentially bad situation.
