Just picked up my online order- I had ordered two subs with CHICKEN. They gave me beef? I’m not sure what the heck it is but it is NOT chicken and then there was olive in there too? My sandwich def didn’t include olives! Not a happy camper. Better off ordering in person and watching them prep it!

WHAT A MESS. Not at all what we ordered, the guy was rude and disrespectful when we went in to pick up our order. We went to the car and came back in when we realized we didn’t get our drinks. We go back in and he told us we didn’t order drinks. He went back to check the receipt and rudely said YOU JUST GET A SMALL. Our sandwiches look terrible missing half of what we wanted on them. Never going back.

I came in on break from work. I was the only person ordering. There were two people working, neither acknowledged me. When one finally said: “How much?” I answered “One sandwich..” The phone rang while he was making my sandwich. He asked his coworker who it was. The coworker told him it was his girlfriend and he had him bring him the phone to call her back. His coworker dialed and he talked to her briefly while I stood there. He asked me multiple times what I wanted. I repeated myself because he clearly was distracted. Then when I asked for marinara sauce, he was frustrated that I didn’t want the dried out smashed meatballs at the bottom of the almost empty pan. He said it’s gonna be 15 minutes to get marinara, it was two. Absolutely horrible service. I heard him complaining to his coworker when he went back to get the sauce. No have a nice day or eye contact when giving me my sandwich. He’s likely irritated that someone else walked in and will keep him from calling his girlfriend back. Never again.

i placed an order online around 3:40, the app said my order will be ready at 4:15 for pickup. I arrived at exactly 4:10 order was not ready understandable. there was 1 lady in front of me getting ready to order and mind you she only ordered two simple subs. my order did not get made until 4:40. this was frustrating because i was waiting and the girl working there did not even at least offer me any drink and the fact i waited that long for 1 sub to be made when it was not busy and already placed on app around 3:50 was absurd. when i got my sub it was poorly made as well i was even nice to the girl but this is not acceptable definitely not going to this location again….

I ordered the elite chicken, bacon 12- inch sandwich. I found out just before paying for it that they’d made the Boss instead. I told the lady that wasn’t what I’d ordered. She slammed the sandwich on the counter behind her and made what I’d asked for but she was obviously angry the entire time. When she finished and gave it to the cashier, I told her I would pay for both sandwiches ( just in case I was the one that made the mistake. I don’t think I was, but the possibility is always there) .She slammed the Boss on the counter beside the cashier and just walked off. I did not have to do that. I did not ask for any special deal to buy the extra sandwich. She didn’t need to be so rude to me. It was the store on S Nappanee St.

I walked in and stood at the order spot and watched as the young lady ignored me for about 3 minutes as she filled out another order. No one said welcome to subway, no one spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. The young lady instead started a conversation with another woman who was not even buying anything. Gentleman/employee on the headphones walked by me twice and yet the same manner of treatment. No problem I decided to spend my money at Arbys today.

My niece and I ordered wraps and made them into meals. Absolutely wonderful. Doubled the meat, very polite and professional, yet personal. The speed of service was fast, and the dining room was clean. We actually spent a couple of hours there just talking and eating!

Food is what it is but the big difference is always down to the interaction with staff at any subway. This branch at the time of visitation was quiet. No line at the drive through. No patrons inside. I was asked the usual questions . Had to repeat several items of my sandwich twice even when the repeated it back to me. E.g. type of cheese, toasted or no tasted. On pickup I had the wrong size drink, wrong chips. But thankfully the sandwich was correct. To be clear the staff member was pleasant but completely disconnected and not engaged at all. – not great if someone could have potential allergies or special requirements, I’d think twice at this branch.

I ordered a Turkey bacon footlong in the drive thru. They gave me only 3 pieces of Turkey and roast beef (which I did not order). The workers were rude. To top off my bad experience I had a coupon for a 7.99 footlong meal and found they charged me $19 when I looked at my bank account. All for a piece of bread with 3 slices of Turkey. Do not recommend this subway!!!

The people who work here are so nice. They always put the customers first. The sandwiches are my favorite but I like the wraps to. The salads are good size. If you ever have a problem they will do what they can to make it right. I only go to this one because of the customer service.
