The service was incredibly slow and we were never able to make an order despite only two people in line ahead of us. This was fortunate as we could see flies landing on the sandwich toppings and the bread as the cabinet was hanging open. Thankfully there were other dining options just up the road.

Ordered two sandwiches and a salad through the app last night. Said it would be done by 7:10. Got there and I was told it would be a wait, which i get happens. They were extremly short staffed so I waited patiently. No big deal, I understand. At 7:40, almost a hour after my order i recieved my food. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwhich, which ended up having no mayo. And today I go to eat my salad for lunch at work, and there was mayonnaise on it. 🙁 Pretty disappointing that my lunch was ruined.

Sandwich was good but I also ordered some cookies. I understand if they forgot to put the cookies in there but they took a handful of napkins and made it seem like there were cookies in the bag but when I opened it up it was hand full of napkins. Not happy

I ordered 2 basic sandwhiches from this subway and the bread was all crumbled up off the sandwhich. unorganized after the deivery and im so upset. Not once has subway did me wrong probably cause i go to the willowcreek one but Ripley? From lake station? Takes one delivery and I already will never order again from you guys.

Worst sub ever in all my life, hardly anything in the bun and when I went back in and asked if this is normal and she said yes. Been to dozens of Subway’s over the years and never seen such cheaply made subs. The manager said they would put more on but didn’t think they were allowed to?

If I could give it negative stars I would! The road ranger is just as bad dirty and horrible workers are extremely rude!! Never will I ever go there again!!! To the subway or the road ranger!!!
