Ordered a BLT with American cheese, mayo on Italian bread. Received bread so hard it busted had to be old. Only thing on sandwich was bacon and mayo. Called back to complain they said you have to request tomorrow and lettuce ! And said they couldn’t do anything about it. !!!! BLT IS BACON LETTUCE & TOMATO!!!!! My lunch today sucked. They will not get another chance to disappoint. We ordered 12 sandwiches 6 were made wrong. Chicken instead of tuna, onions when no onions were ordered, lettuce onions and other veges on sandwiches that weren’t ordered. Sad they just lost my business. Westville Subway is horrible

Went here literally 15 minutes before close and 1 ALL STAR MANAGER was on duty working made our experience fantastic! Everything was made to perfection, every ingredient was stocked and perfectly displayed they looked way better than ive seen at any store just fresh and perfect, was beyond great with his up beat attitude and just made the trip worth reviewing.. for a subway… great attitude can make the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t ask for better staff and never once mentioned how close to quitting time it was or how specific or large our order was! Will definitely choose this store out of my way over even my local options. 20/10 beyond a 5 star visit!

The customer service is hit or miss. When it’s good, it’s freaking great but when it’s not it’s hard to be in there. Regardless they have fresh food and it’s usually a quick process. The store has gotten much better recently. My favorite fast food joint in town.
It just gets worse and worse. My wife and i have placed multiple orders through the app and every time it says it’ll be ready in 15 min. We go there and it takes atleast a half hour. Poorly run place that always had new employees. Unfortunately not great.

I’m giving this store 1 star not because of the food, but because of the poor training and customer service. I’m a subway rewards member and attempted to use my rewards which I was told I was unable to do at this store. Upon hearing this I called into work and told them I’d be late while I figured this out. They told me i was unable to use more then one two dollar off voucher even though I earned them shopping at this store. I personally read through the training material that is meant to be provided to every subway worker which it states that you can use up to 25 vouchers per visit. After showing her this she still doesn’t believe me so I emailed the owner. Matt Hanover. In which he never got back to me. After more time showing her subway training info and telling her how her job works she finally calls the owner who walks her through how to do her job. If you like being called a liar and having your time wasted this is the store for you. I never even ate the sandwich I just throw it away once I got to work, mostly from how sick the whole experience left me but also for lack of time. Avoid any business owned by Matt, protest against him when you have free time. Vote with your wallet if you want to live in a better world.

Tonight on 5/24/23 I walked into this subway at 7:20. I didn’t walk out until almost 8pm. Whatever two actual idiots were working paid more attention to yelling “WHAT” at each other the whole time. I had 6 people in front of me. If your lobby is packed, maybe the bright idea would have been to work faster to get everyone out since y’all were so concerned about getting off on time, instead of working as slow as you could. I watched one of the girls BITE OPEN a bag of black olives with her mouth. The other girl took the bag and proceeded to open the bag from said bite mark, not change her gloves, then MAKE A SANDWICH with her saliva gloves. The lady behind me ordered two chop salads. As she was proceeding to tell the chick what she wanted in them the worker continued to talk the other worker telling “WHAT”
Awful. My sandwich was toasted and cold by the time it got to me.

Best place ever! Katie,Tyler,and Julliana were awesome. All you other freaks are wrong if you want to leave bad reviews for minimum wage workers when you are too lazy to cook your Mac and cheese then do so but you are wrong. Those three deserve a raise they are nice and funny and attentive I will definitely go again and I fully back and recommend to anyone who wants good food from your local gourmet subway.

They came out to my car to get my card and rang it up twice, and I didn’t know until I looked up my bank statement. I called the store and talked to the manager and told him about it and he said they would take care of it but no one did anything.

This restaurant is NOT taking the pandemic seriously. The food was okay, but the employees and owner were not wearing masks correctly. The employee that made one of our items had her mask around her mouth, directly breathing through her nose onto the sandwich. If you take Covid precautions and state mandates seriously, DO NOT GO HERE.
