I use to come here all the time for lunch but the lines were so long and it would take up most of my lunch break just standing . Stopped in today and it looked to be in much better shape than before . The store was clean food looked fresh and the staff was nice . Ordered the steak n cheese and it was delicious and they put plenty of meat on it . Only complaint was they didn’t give me napkins in my bag . I may start eating here again

Short staffed. Just two workers. But they did a great job. Gotta say, the customers there were complete idiots. One old man was face timing an order. Another group was a bunch of rowdy kids. But the ladies never lost their composure and our sammiches were awesome! Thanks

I went in my sandwich was cut all messed up. The employee was rude her name was jenna. I asked for black olives and receive a pinch of black olives on a foot long. I had to ask multiply times to get what I wanted on my sandwich. I should not be so difficult to get what I want on my sandwich.

I called ahead of time to see if they would honor school fundraiser coupons that DID NOT include the valpo location on the coupon. The staff member said yes they can still honor them. I arrived 15 min later. Ordered my sandwiches and when I arrived at check out they decided the fundraising coupons are not accepted because they are not valid for that location……thats why I called and asked in the first place. Poor poor service. Should have told me they were not accepted when I specifically called and asked. I did not purchase the sandwiches due to the poor service.
