I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews about this location lately but I went through the drive thru and the staff was fantastic, polite and even suggested a new menu option for me I was unaware about. My sandwich is a pain and I haven’t had it made right so many times at various locations but my sandwich today was made absolutely perfectly. It was literally the best subway sandwich I’ve had in so long! This staff is doing something right for sure and is definitely being attentive to it’s customer!

I’m honestly giving this 3 stars because half the staff was great and the other half could use a little better customer service. I intended on using the drive thru but because I was trying to use a deal through the app I had to place my order for pick up through the app. I ordered went inside and waited. I watched the process as it happened never saying a word. As new customers came in my order still wasn’t started. I guess when they put a time on completion they take that to heart. None the less I never said anything because there was still “time”. The gentleman who was working there asked me if I was waiting for a mobile order I said yea he started to make it right away. After he finished he handed me my food and said sorry about that wait. I said not a problem have a great weekend. As I turned to walk out another worker commented “it’s only 2:00 you didn’t need to apologize we weren’t late we had until 2:05”. First that’s extremely rude to say it didn’t matter if there was still time I still waited regardless. And I wasn’t rude and didn’t deserve that comment. If the staff can’t get it together with 5 people on how to manage mobile orders, drive thru, and walk in customers then they shouldn’t offer them. Just because I placed a mobile order doesn’t mean I was any less of a priority.

Ordered three sandwiches on 6/28 around 5:40pm. After arriving to our hotel which was literally not even 5min away we noticed one sandwich was missing. Called Subway and the lady used these exact words “well I don’t know what happened but I’m the one that packed them and I know I put it in there. So you probably misplaced it.” So I looked all over our car and still no sandwich. There was another coworker that came up to her with another sub when we were there so I assume she got distracted and put our sub with another customers sub. I didn’t have the time nor energy to call back and argue with this lady that had an attitude and obviously didn’t want to take blame for anything. Would definitely not recommend this subway.

The host orders id was: ssc408s48cjnt 972. She was incredibly disrespectful to me when we were in the drive thru. Spoke to us in a way that was incredibly horrific. She yelled at us through the speakers to slow down and we were incredibly respectful the entire time and even apologized after. It was absolutely ridiculous. This worker was awful.

It’s another cold, snowy day here in the Midwest so it felt fitting to have a warm, hearty sandwich to fuel for the day. Luckily, Subway has veggie patties again, and now they are vegan! Went ahead and gave them a try on toasted Hearty Multigrain. I paired the patties with spinach, green peppers, onions, and the sweet onion sauce to bring it all together. Quality, flavorful food with the nutrients we need! This will certainly not be the last time I get this sandwich.

Legitimately terrible! Bought 1 whole sandwich and 1 wrap but what I received mush have been the mini versions because these were so tiny! I don’t know if it’s a cutback in portion size or just the one person making the sandwiches but to pay $17 total for such a tiny sandwich and tiny wrap is inexcusable and unacceptable! Never again!
