I swear everytime I come here everything is wrong, they never follow the order. This time I decided to do a delivery last second because I needed something to eat quick and couldn’t go out, they over toasted the bread and put teriyaki when it was supposed to be mayo and mustard (????) completely made the sandwich inedible with the other stuff I wanted on the sandwich, and then I tried to get support through their website and nothing got solved. Do better. If you go to subway at all, stay away from this location and go to the one in the mall. Seems to be the only location they remotely care about.

When I walked in there was a very nice lady at the sub station I believe she was working on online orders. She kindly asked me to wait and of course I have no problem waiting. She seemed to be working alone. Another customer walks in and she yells the name “Tara”. Few moments after Tara comes out and helps finish the online order also my order while the other nice lady (i didnt catch her name) Tara seemed to be annoyed while finishing up. My boyfriend asked for light mayo and she just didnt listen at all. We had more bread then anything. Totally disappointed.

Service is good but food not so good! Had to get sandwich replaced cuz it was so poorly made! This 1 wasn’t made good either! This is wut my sandwich looks like when I tried to pick it up to eat it! Nevet knew I needed a fork to eat at Subway! All toppings barely any chicken! No ranch! Jus a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! & A BIG MESS!

Staff was absolutely wonderful and polite. I’m 7 months pregnant and have been craving a vegedelite with sweet onion sauce. Not only did the staff make it the way i ordered it but they even were kind enough to give me some extra sauce on the side. I’d like to send a big thank you to those wonderful ladies that were working the Dunes plaza subway on valentine’s day at 1:30pm you made it an absolutely amazing day for me.

Saturday 10am very rude. Employee would not say good morning when said. Good morning, would not say welcome when somebody says. Thank you very short in conversation. Two people ended up leaving the store while I was eating my sub because of the nature of the employee’s conversation with the customers.
