The bread was so dried out, almost like biting into a cracker! Someone else complained about how dried out their sandwich was and the girl behind the counter refused to remake it; telling the woman “fresh bread is dried out, it only gets soft the longer it sits out” !? Really, Subway in Lowell, IN, get it together. Almost 40 dollars for two people to eat lunch for it to be mediocre, and that’s a reach…..and ask for a tip!

Dec 2024… new owners. Still not taking coupons nor allowing to use deals/coupons on the app. Still not honoring the customer when a mistake is made on THEIR end. When forced to use this store, I’ve been using credits and rewards from purchases made at other stores. Ridiculous the games I have to play at this location to get the respect I automatically get at stores with different owners.
This Subway has GREAT service! I love the ladies that work days in particular. I am very disappointed that they have milked the COVID excuse, or whatever excuse they are currently using, to not accept coupons for as long as they have. Lots of other SUBWAYS in local towns accept coupons and have less business than the Lowell stores. Their businesses seem to be doing well. Don’t tell me the busy Lowell store cannot do the same. Come on Lowell SUBWAY, do better.

We’ve visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it’s ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. I don’t mind, but I then have to wait for them to get through the line of people before I can receive my order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.

The employees working were extremely slow. I asked for chicken breast (not knowing they no longer have it). Instead of telling me, they put something totally different on the sandwich and when I said I wanted the breast the workers looked at me like I was stupid. No posted signs anywhere. I went in had a coupon and they refused to accept it bc the owner doesn’t want that…. well POST it so someone like me doesn’t go through the whole process of getting a sandwich and then told I can’t use it. So what leave the food there?? How is that better or ok??? Just gross you don’t make enough money so take it out on customers. Just post the sign sorry if your embarrassed of your own policy just let us know in advance …. gross
