I ate here yesterday and was served COMPLETELY RAW bacon, I didn’t notice until I had already taken a bit. I now have food poisoning that is completely wrecking my insides. If you eat here MAKE SURE you check your food first. Everyone on shift yesterday should never be allowed to work on food service.

Amazing sandwiches! Love the new renovations. I frequently come here on Saturdays with my sister, and this one guy employee is always there and memorized our orders! Unfortunately, they sometimes forget the side of sauce I ask for, no big deal though.

Just went here presented a coupon 3 footlongs sandwiches for $17. I asked “Can I used this coupon?” They said “yes”. After 20min with grandkids and myself ordering at checkout she says u can’t used this its expired. Thats why I asked before I ordered. So I payed double for fast food, thats almost $40. I ended up throwing my sandwich in the garbage I was so upset I lost my appetite. I know it was kinda my fault but I asked if I can try an online coupon or is there anything u can do, I got a “we dont accept most online coupons and a no”. I will never go back. Hope your happy getting the last money out of me subway.

I ordered Baja Chicken and Bacon on the app and whoever made the sandwich forgot a key detail that’s in the name of the sandwich….. bacon. I looked even further and they didn’t put cheese either. How?!?! Sandwich was good tho, I’ll give it that. They were friendly and the staff are great people. I just didn’t think that bacon should have been forgotten when it’s the name of the sandwich. We’re all human, mistakes happen. A lot of parents can relate.

Nicest Subway I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. Clean and we’ll lit with a very pleasant and professional staff. One staff member stood out above the rest. Ben took great care of us. It had been a rough day and his chipper upbeat and happy go lucky attitude really turned the evening around for my girlfriend and I. I don’t know if he was management or regular staff but if he’s not management he very well deserves to be. Really made our night. Best subway experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered online and got 2 sandwiches, a drink and chips. After I was given my sandwiches, I explained to the employee that I also ordered a drink and chips. I asked if my chips were in the bag, employee said yes. After he got my drink, I asked again if the chips were in the bag and they said yes. Long story short, they weren’t.

Tried to get dinner tonight but couldn’t even get 2 steps into the door without being barked at by a very rude employee named “Anthony” to put a mask on. I literally had it in my hand and was attempting to put it on for crying out loud. I was so befuddled that someone would be so rude so quickly. In anger I left, but came back in to get a business card for the manager and he condescendingly welcomed me back in a very snotty way. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve waited patiently for sometimes up to 25 minutes waiting for service because they are usually brutally slow. But as a former worker at that exact location I always cut them slack.

I have place 3 orders with this subway. I added smashed avocado for .80 cents and never received it on all 3 orders. This last order never even received salad dressing. I called and was told they couldn’t give me credit but I could drive back to get a free cookie. I asked to talk to a manager, but no manager there to talk to. I will be calling back to talk to a manager.
