Came here at 7:50 pm to get some food for kids they were all screaming and shouting at me. This is ridiculous. The workers are seen walking back and forth but the door is locked and the lights are all off. They literally seen us walk out and the one girl ran to lock the door.

We had terrible experiences both times we went after the gym since on the way home we will be having to go out the way to get better service. First time was no other customers had headphones in and too loud kept saying huh and what? The second time they got a litttle busy with online orders than a few customers came after us we didn’t get greeted but everyone after us did. The Second Lady served us this time they both were there both times maybe the night crew? But we gave her benefit of the doubt but no headphones in too loud saying huh and what. My fiance asked for extra of a topping and she just ignored it. This location needs better staff or better training with customers.

I used to love coming to the subway until tonight. To the gentleman in the purple hoodie who made my sandwich, you were the key factor in my not returning here. Having an attitude because you have customers or treating your clientele as stupid is a solid business practice to get yourself closed down

Ordered online. I got there a little early which is fine. But what bothers me is this. They dont use different knives for a.new sandwich. They wipe it off with a napkin and go onto next order. They dont seem happy to be there, they make you feel like an inconvenience.

On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. They were very attentive to us and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great team that was working that day. Please let them know that they are appreciated.

I’ve gone about 5 times since this one opened and they’re great overall. PLEASE don’t get rid those thick pickles. I will say make sure you add notes to your online order because one girl had the bright idea to decid to toast the vegetables with my entire sandwich.I hope she no longer works there
