Ordered a tuna sandwich & got more bread than anything. Barely any tuna & barely any veggies. Cashier did not see my drink I picked as well till after my first transaction & proceeds to charge me for the drink & tax me AGAIN. Such an inconvenience

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY! They will mess up your order every single time. I let them know that it is not done right and their response is the most rudest and obnoxious ever. I give them more than one chance for them to get it right and they always do the same thing. The manager is very rude and so are the employees. Do not buy your sandwiches from them.

I have ordered online at this Subway several times as they are one of the few in the area that honor the deals in the app. Every other location says “not participating.” My order has always been correct and ready at pick up time, no skimping on toppings, and the staff has been friendly.

I’ve been visiting this location for almost 2 years and it’s my favorite in the area! I started making it a point to only go to this spot after I experienced rude staff at multiple locations in other surrounding towns. Since the first day I stepped into this one they’ve been nothing but friendly even when I’ve been picky because I was a sandwich artist back in my day Michael, one of the shift leaders, has proven time and time again he’s compassionate with customers and passionate about his work!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The racism I saw here is despicable and undeserving. I placed an online order that was to be ready at 8:55 I arrived around this time and my order had not been started on when I went in I said Hi and received a blank stare from Marshall. He went on to say that my order is not ready because he has other orders I said ok, then he continued and added “my manager wants to speak to you”. Here I was confused and asked “your manager, why?” He said he didn’t know and when I continued and asked “ok, where’s the manager?” Another employee came out from the bathroom and started to put on his gloves here he asked “are you …..” a name that is NOT MINE! I asked him what is the name on my order and after he said it to me I asked “so I am not ——— right?” Here he said no, but their looks and eye contact with each other was uncomfortable and filled with hate! I asked why did you not make my sandwiches because you thought I was ——— they said we have problems with her and we do not serve her here and so I asked “what does that have to do with me?” They said you order the same as she does. The story goes on for a while as we exchange a lot more, long story short, they assumed I was someone else because of my name, then because of my religion and the way I dress, then they refused to give me their names. One said his name is Eddy (although I don’t believe him because of the long pause before saying it) and the other more rude and main reason for this racist argument did not want to give me his name and I finally managed to see it on his shirt, it was MARSHAL! These employees are unprofessional and they are liars saying the manager wanted to speak to me and she was not even there. The racism was obvious and undeniable, this will be going to corporate.

I order online every time they’re making it bad when you call and try to explain they’re playing you. They’re making it is your fault. It is not their fault. You talk to the manager same thing she’s rude. She’s not trying to hear you and she’s hang up the phone in my face She’s a bad person. This place is disgusting. The older employee (with glasses) was very rude during ordering. She also was very ignorant during my visit. The bathroom had the toilet leaking all over the floor and reaked of urine. The ceiling has been leaking for YEARS and they still have not fixed the leak issue. I will never return to this location again. The older lady here should definitely be fired. I never give one star reviews but this place is the epitomy of eateries. After I complained about the bathroom, the lady THEN said the bathroom was out of order and put a sign on it after I already got endured that disgustingness. I will be notifying the health department on Monday. In addition, the fountain machine was ALSO out of order and I was forced to buy expensive bottled drinks with no refills being possible. The worst Sunday luncheon my family and I have ever had. I pray I do not get sick. I’ll just eat at home the next time I want a sandwich.

Had to give these young men a review for their kindness and professionalism!!! Marshall & Elyahkem were very polite and kind during my service. I had stopped coming to this location for the last few years due to service from I’m assuming previous employees and I had been a customer here for 20 years since I was a kid. Very happy with the last few visit in the last two months and I hope things continue this way! THANK YOU!
