I ordered a #1 Philly, which I get all the time at Subway, but this location really disappointed me. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other Subways I’ve been to. On top of that, when they cut my sandwich, they used a dirty knife from a tray that also had clean ones—which is completely unacceptable.
The customer service was also lacking. There was little to no interaction, and the checkout experience felt rushed and unfriendly. They also didn’t even have proper Subway bags, just handed me my food in a plain plastic thank-you bag, which felt unprofessional.
Overall, the quality, cleanliness, and service at this location were poor. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend saving yourself the trouble and going to a different Subway.

It didn’t look anything like what I’ve had in the past. The sandwich was mostly bread and veggies, with barely enough protein to call it a proper meal. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was really frustrating. If you’re offering a double meat/cheese option, I expect to actually get what I paid for. Definitely won’t be coming back for a while unless this improves. Didn’t notice this until I got home as I ordered online for pickup.

Extremely poor customer service as well as a bad attitude. No hello, no interaction. If you don’t like working with or even basic interactions with a consumer get a factory job. I ordered my sandwich with extra vinager and oil. This guy actually saturated the sandwich that was soggy way beyond soggy, before even being wrapped up and he and I knew it. It totally intimidated me at this point because of the horrible attitude he had. Never again! Why work with the public if you have an attitude? Subway review tapes from your branches. I’ll be calling corporate!

We stopped at Subway 708 joliet, road traveling back from FL. Staff was helpful, friendly and the food was good too! Very courteous when waiting on you and they were busy! And food arrived quickly. Stopped on April 25, 2025.

I ordered a protein bowl and asked them if they would cut up the vegetables (so I didn’t get the salad all over me when I ate it in my car) they flat out said NO! Any other Subway has never had a problem with that request and has been happy to do it. I will never be back to this location!!

Subway not so fresh. They changed the bread and now it’s a harder bread like stale not soft and fresh like it used to be. They’re extremely skimpy with the meat, cheese and vegetables. Since they changed ownership this place really is a joke. Staff was nice. I’d give it zero stars, but I didn’t have that option.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. The young lady that took my order was very sweet and made a VERY good sandwich! I’m very picky when it comes to my Hoagie and the young lady taking my order was very sweet and polite and was able to get my order actually right! Maybe I came on a good day I don’t know, but I received very good customer service and a very good turkey sandwich!
