The young lady who assisted me was polite and engaging. My sandwich tasted fine. The bathroom looked a little yucky, and the seats/tables needed to be wiped down. Price was steeper than I’m used to paying in subway. I got a regular footlong-no modifications, with a drink/chips. Total with tax was $18.17.

Watched the girl text on her phone with the gloves she touched my food with before and after starting it. She never changed her gloves and as a person who works in the food industry, that is unsanitary. Took her ten minutes to make one sandwich because she was just texting on her phone. Missing my sauce as well. I threw the sandwich away. Terrible customer service.

Just a heads up — this location does not accept Subway app coupons. In this economy, spending $12 on one sandwich when there’s a 2-for-$6 deal online was definitely disappointing.

I came in very hungry, tired, and a little angry. I’m very particular on how I want my sandwiches made and Logan made my sandwich perfectly. Not too much ingredients the perfect amount of sauce. Thank you so much, Logan. Turned my mood around for sure.

Kinda gross experience. The employee making my food was coughing and sniffling every 10 seconds.. she would try to kinda turn her head but she was bringing her hand up with her gloved hands and didn’t change gloves before handling my sandwich and kept hacking the whole time. When I politely said I was uncomfortable, she responded with, “Really, you’re not going to eat it because I coughed?” I made it pretty clear I was not going to be eating the sandwich because it was pretty gross, and paid anyways. This is a serious food safety issue and gross. If you’re sick and can’t stop hacking you shouldn’t be making someone’s food. I’m not a germaphobe but who is still feeling hungry after watching someone hack all by their food?

Went to this place not too long ago; the sandwich artist who made my sandwich was amazing! I wasn’t able to get her name, but she was the sandwich artist at around 7:50 on September 22nd, 2024. Absolutely amazing! Do not lose her! She makes the restaurant look great!!!

MEATBALL SANDWICHES WAS TASTEE
BUT ONE STAR OFF WILL TELL U WHY….
THE SHREDDED (ROASTED) CHICKEN LOOKED LIKE A HOT MESS AND FATTY AS CAN BE IN THOSE LITTLE SERVING CUPS.
THE HOT PEPPERS WERE CRUSHED TOGETHER COULD NOT PULL ANY JUICE FROM THE CONTAINER.
OTHERWISE THE KIDS DID A REALLY REMARKABLE JOBS BECAUSE THEY WERE SCARED TOO DEATH.

Fam Cakes
I am a very picky eater, so my go-to sandwich is very plain. (Ham and 2x American cheese) and everytime I go to this location and this location only they up charge my sandwich to the grand slam ham. That is simply not what I’m ordering and not what I’m asking for, it literally doubles the price of what I usually order from the location I go to most often. Moral of the story: don’t go here unless you’re okay with being uncharged on any and everything.
