I always order from this place and they upcharge everything crazy compared to other Subways in the area. Whenever I order a bottled drink online they make an excuse for it being a different price then it is on Doordash. They never accept coupons and they will argue with you over prices. Even though the quality of food is good I’m done spending $50 for two sandwiches, two drinks, and chips for no drinks to show up. Go to a different Subway because all this one does is upcharge you.

Not sure if all subways did this but they replaced their menu board to where all there signature sandwiches don’t have 2x cheese anymore. But they kept the price the same! they also charged me the price of double meat for only adding a scoop of steak on my all American club sandwich which was 4 dollars extra! When that price is for the standard portion and not the half portion! They should have charged me the price of extra meat and not the double meat price!

No one knows a lick of English you have to repeat yourself 4-5 times for everything . Then the older lady micro manages everything she forgets how to do her own job lettuce is always brown and soggy and they get upset when you ask for YOUR food to be how YOU want it. So

Horrible service! I went to Subway on 3/13 2022, ordered two footlong sandwiches toasted. The bill was over $20.00 dollars. I asked this the lady and the young man was the sandwich burnt they both said no. I specifically stated I don’t want a burnt sandwich. When I got home and opened my paper my sandwich was burnt and hard and my husband’s sandwich was burnt as well. I asked him did he want me to take his sandwich back, because I could not eat mine. He said no he will try to eat his, so went back to get a makeover and show both worker’s my burnt sandwich and the lady was so rude and told me this is what I ordered. She says we are not making your sandwich over or giving you a refund. I told her I can’t eat this sandwich and they need to fix it. She walked away refusing to provide me with excellent customer service. I stated maybe we can call the law or I need to speak with the owner. She told me to come back tomorrow. I stated I am not coming back tomorrow an d I need her name because I will be calling corporate, she said her name was Maria and refused to give me her last name. So I proceeded to take a picture of her to make sure to send to corporate and she covered her face and went to the back room to call the owner. When she came back she laid five dollars on the counter and said the owner told her to give me back this amount. I told her no, I paid $7.99 plus tax, at that point I asked if she would let me speak with the owner. She handed me the phone and I explained my issue with him and he said let me speak with her. She then gave me $7.99 back and no tax money. This is not how service is provided in America! I will not be back to spend my hard earned money with this establishment. To my FB friends and family stay away from the Subway Store located at 8535 Ditch Road. Indianapolis, Indiana, I have never been treated so bad, I should have checked their 3.5 rating

The people who work here are so rude. They refused to dice my veggies for my salad, I’ve never had an issue ever at any subway when I asked for that. My “salad” isn’t even half of a bowl. I tried to get a kids meal for my son but they charged me for a drink and cookies along with the kids meal.

I haven’t eaten at Subway for a while, just saving money. I had been spending many hours a day with my wife while she was in the hospital. Driving home one day I looked and there was the Subway near our house, so I stopped. I’d kinda forgotten how much I, we, like Subway…good memories not let down. Thank you Subway for the lift.
By the way, my wife is home now, which is great!
Oh, my ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for atmosphere…hey, it’s Subway, not Sullivan’s…it’s not about the atmosphere, it’s about quality, quick, inexpensive meal, on which Subway scores BIG!!!

Absolute scam of a restaurant. I live literally across the street a few hundred feet waking distance. They keep sending coupons monthly that they do not honor. Not only will the restaurant across the street not honor them but 7 different locations do not honor them. The coupons are good deals and I expected they were making good offers to make up for the fact their arrogant spokesperson Jared was a monster they fed for years. Never would eat there after that debacle except for the coupons. It’s a bait and switch old school scam. They lure you in with fake coupons the way Jared lutes in middle school kids. On top of that they’re rude when you try to use the coupons they baited you with. Worst people on earth own Subways. The authorities should investigate deeper into Jared’s den

Haven’t been to this location before, but I have no issues to report….the sandwich maker was pleasant and made my sandwich as it should be…my only complaint is that Subway, got rid of Mozzarella cheese for their meatball sub (The Boss)….other than that, everything was great

Associate Maria A was very rude did a mobile order and completely looked over what I ask. Went back to get a new sandwich and she had a complete attitude snitch my sandwich and threw it away when I ask for a new one will not go back to this subway.!
