Hadn’t eaten subway in years. I stopped by either this past Saturday or Sunday it was an older short guy, Caucasian gentleman working alone. The line was long but he took his time serving each guest. He was patient & polite. He made the most amazing sandwich & had great customer service. I give him a 5 star. However my experience today around lunch time, with the middle aged maybe an Indian lady (no disrespect to her culture) was very unprofessional. The lady was rushing balling the meat up on the bread, placing clumps of cheese, I simply asked if she could arrange my sandwich with better intention, I guess that made her upset because her energy shifted & she became very passive aggressive & antagonistic with me. I asked for light mayo, I specifically asked for 1 line of mayo & she intentionally squirted 4 or 5 lines of mayo & then say is it ok.. if you dont want to fix the customer sandwich how they would like it, maybe dont work here. If you were the customer you wouldn’t want your sandwich fixed all sloppily. Treat others how you would like to be treated. You never have to worry about me coming back. I felt unwanted & racially profiled. Even the lady behind me ordering agreed that was a very rude experience

About two days ago, I was in this restaurant. There was an employee—I don’t know his name—who was incredibly rude. There was an Indian girl who didn’t speak English well, and she was trying to help. She was very friendly and kind, but he yelled at her and treated her very harshly. I haven’t forgotten her facial expressions to this day, and that’s what prompted me to write about this employee. I’ll try to describe him to you: his hair is slightly gray, and he’s of average height. I don’t know how they hire him. He’s so rude; I don’t know how that poor girl put up with him. Workers’ rights organizations should intervene immediately.

The don’t get any stars, they stole a $4 tip after I said no tip, then today I order 2 footlong subs (tuna) and got no tuna I took it back to show them and they said so, and no returns. They weren’t wearing gloves either. Never going there again trifling employee and owner.

So, today was the final straw. The first incident was when I was in line to order and saw them cleaning off the cutting board. The rag dipped into the lettuce and touched it. The employee saw nothing wrong with what just happened and continued to clean. I left. I then had a few good encounters. Then, I went in after they changed everything. They overcharged me for adding on chips and a drink ( menu said one price and I was charged more). Then, I made my order after not being aware of the menu change and I wasn’t told of the change until I went to pay. There I was told it was going to before expensive than it usually is even though I didn’t get the extra cheese they want to push at you. And then, today, I went in and saw the lettuce was brown. I didn’t get it and informed the worker. He made an excuse and did not take it out of the holder. So, they were gonna give it to a customer. They saw it was brown and we’re going to still feed it to someone. That is my last straw. They don’t care what they are doing. They claim it’s what they have to do but then deny coupons!? Can’t be both ways. Also, tipping!!! That was laughable when they added that part! Who do they think they are!?

Google maps said that this Subway location was open until 7:30 p.m. we arrived at 7:11 p.m. and the place was already closed. I absolutely hate false information especially when you drive almost 5 mi to get to this location. Let’s give this an extremely bad rating.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Super expensive, unfriendly service from the short chubby guy, and the food’s quality depends on the guy’s mood of the day (which is never been good).
If you need food, go to Chris’s next door, they are amazing in every way!

This location has a lot of nerve raising their prices as much as they do with three other locations on the same street. $3 for extra meat, yet it’s less of a serving one would normally add to a sandwich. If you’re charging that much, you can’t also skimp on it. One sandwich with chicken, turkey and ham ended up being $20 on its own. First and last visit.
