Workers are very rude they don’t greet they just pull out the sandwich paper & wait for u to tell them what u want. They limit how many veggies u can get on ur sandwich or nachos & stated they don’t have the ability to charge for extra veggies. Since when? And u shouldn’t have to tell them to change their gloves if they handling cash. As a matter of fact I don’t even want the food anymore.

It’s rough enough that you have an in-store sandwich shop ..but it’s always dirty, your employees are consistently rude…and do you even know subway cookies are supposed to be soft? Christ I shouldn’t cut my mouth on a cookie.

Over all the services were poor, the food production line had meats that looks pale and vegetables that were the same do to having their fluids drained and sitting in dry bins on the line. As far as the servers go they were rude and wanted to cut cost by barely adding any toppings at all to my sub so that I had to ask no less the three times for more of each item that was requested and that was still nothing in comparison to just going to a standalone subway. When it came time to ring up they wanted to change me for extra toppings! The older gentleman behind the counter informed the younger guy who served me next time to just add once and move the line on and was not quite about this by any matter.

Who hires these people? Indian guy w a turbine on is making a sandwich for a to go order going slow as hell. I walk up. The Indiana girl sees me too. 5 min goes by and he doesn’t even acknowledge me. No “I’ll be right with you sir”. Nothing. I just left after 5 min. So rude. Oh by the way they post “We done accept coupons” against subway franchise rules.

Honest I went in for the churro, then decide to order a sandwich. The guy who made my sandwich didn’t change his gloves after making other people sandwich and going to the back. Then I order the churro and it was cold and no sugar and greasy but type of grease that is old that’s exactly what the churro taste. So, I asked if the manager if I could exchange it for a cookie instead. He said NO you bought that and no more service for you. After, I notice on the side another customer had order another product and told him it was cold so he then he started microwaving the items when customer told him she did not want her product heat in a microwave . Then he was like ok I will refund the item and continue to put the item back to sale rack after the customer had touch the product and him re -heating the product in the microwave . This was disgusting first and last time … don’t eat here y’all

Associates were acting like push overs. My sandwich bread is flat! And they added way too much ham on my sandwich lol. I wouldn’t recommend. They give off a vibe that says “we don’t want you here”

I placed an order online July 6, 2024. It was confirmed and the money way taken out of my account. I went in to pick my food up and they tell me that their online system was down. I asked for my food or my money back and they acted like they didn’t know what I was saying then proceed to tell me to order again online even after telling them about the money missing out of my account that they took. I still haven’t got my money back!!

Went to pay for my food and was approved then realized they didn’t ring up my soup so they tried to quickly void it but I told them that my payment had already been approved. They insisted that they canceled it in time and was now charging me 32 dollars. When I went to check my bank sure enough was double charged. Showed it to the workers who said it would just fall off on Tuesday so we’ll see. This also happened to the lady in front of me.

They was really rude act like they couldn’t understand English when i asked for something they couldn’t understand one the ladies accused me of smoking in line. our sandwiches the bread was hard and my wife could’ve eat it my wife asked for pepper jack cheese they gave her some other kind of cheese shows they cant speak or understand English very well
