I was just in here and I only ordered two sandwiches and both were made wrong. The older gentlemen taking my order was incredibly rude and incompetent. I specifically had to tell him what went on my sandwiches by reading the ingredients from the menu. He was also rude to his fellow coworkers and did not toast my sandwich after I specifically asked him to. I will not be returning to this subway.

I came in for lunch. They had me in and out with a line. They some as soon as I came in, relayed my order back to me and made sure my sandwich was the way I wanted before she wrapped it. She also asked me if I was in the reward program. Once I told her no, she walked me ate by step on how to join! I will be back.

The food was put together so sloppy. It had so much extra dressing that it was spilling out onto myself and the floor. I like my bacon a LITTLE WIGGLY but so wiggly that it’s gummy. UNDER COOKED PORK CARRY A PARASITE CALLED A TAPEWORM AND IF BITTEN OR CUT IN HALF OR IN QUARTERS THIRDS OR FOURTHS GUESS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THOSE PIECES THEY REGROW MISSING PARTS CUZ THAT’S WHAT TAPEWORMS DO THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO PHYSICAL SCIENCE AS IN JUNIOR HIGH AND LEARN WHAT HAPPENS TO TAPEWORMS AND LEARN WHERE TAPEWORMS CAN LIVE THAT’S WHY SOME MEATS LIKE PORK AND CHICKEN HAVE TO BE COOKED TO A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE TO KILL SALMONELLA AND TAPEWORMS!!!!!! At first I didn’t even really notice because I was so hungry and I got to slow him down and really tasting my food I could taste the gumminess of the bacon all of the juices everywhere and on me and it didn’t even taste like buffalo chicken it tasted like some nasty processed food I didn’t even smell like chicken either it smelled as if it was fixing to go bad cuz I noticed it after slowed down and realized what I was eating so if I get sick because of this we’re fixing to have a problem. The service sure everybody greeted me when I come in and that includes the one that was sitting on his butt playing on his phone. There was a girl in the back doing something I wasn’t really paying attention to her cuz I was too busy paying attention to the Indian person who is talking funny with his mouth closed on one side and only using the other and when I got closer he started talking correctly moving his whole mouth and not talking like he’s had a stroke which I find that kind of offensive because I’ve got to have family members that have had strokes I’ve had family members that have had heart attacks and died which was MY MOTHER WHO DIED OF MASSIVE HEART ATTACK. MAKING FUN OF SOMEBODY WITH A DISABILITY NO MATTER IF THEY’RE PRESENT OR NOT IT’S JUST NOT COOL CUZ YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THE OTHER PERSON COULD BE GOING THROUGH WHILE YOU’RE MAKING FUN OF SOMEBODY ELSE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM BUT HOW YOU’RE ACTING IS MESSING WITH THEM. THE ATMOSPHERE WHEN I WALKED IN THERE YES LIKE I SAID EVERYBODY GREETED ME BUT IT WAS JUST LONELY BASICALLY YEAH THERE’S WAS NOBODY IN THERE THEY WEREN’T BUSY IT WAS STARTING TO GET LATE BUT LIKE EVEN IF IT’S FAKE HAVE SOME KIND OF ENTHUSIASM THAT SOMEBODY FINALLY CAME TO PICK UP THEIR ORDER BEFORE Y’ALL CLOSE “YES FINALLY THEY CAME AND GOT IT IT’S ALMOST CLOSING TIME”!!!! AND THEN AFTER I HAVE ALREADY LEFT THE RESTAURANT WHEN IT WHEN I FINALLY DECIDED TO STOP EATING THIS GROSS BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP THAT I MIGHT GET SICK FROM I START TO EAT MY COOKIES THAT I BOUGHT I BOUGHT FOUR RASPBERRY FOR MACADAMIA NUT I GO FOR THE RASPBERRY FIRST I DON’T HAVE RASPBERRY IN MY BAG I HAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP I DIDN’T GET WHAT I ORDERED AND I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THEY HAD TO SWAP THEM AT LEAST TELL SOMEBODY ABOUT THEIR FOOD WHAT YOU DIDN’T HAVE OR THAT YOU’RE OUT OF THAT THEY HAD TO SUBSTITUTE IT I HAVE BEEN DOING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 18 YEARS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PREPARATION OF MY FOOD IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ALL OF IT WAS JUST ALL THE WAY AROUND UNPROFESSIONAL AND I SPENT OVER $15. $21.80 to be exact I’ve never in my life had an experience like this from any kind of restaurant. Like with the under cooked pork and the chicken that smelled like it was going bad I could go-to the board of health with this. Which I just might. We will see what happens tonight if I get sick. I don’t care if the food was within their expiration dates or their shelf life which that means they can only be out of the a unsealed package for so long it could have went bad in that package doesn’t matter if it was sealed or not especially when they do their fall pool to unfreeze it cuz I’ve worked Subway before and I don’t care if that bacon comes precooked if it were me because I mainly worked in the food industry my entire life I would have put it on a pan popped it in that oven that bakes the bread or put it in the microwave. And being a food person you should know your meat temps.

They only get a one star, because I found out after I went? That employees don’t get the tips on the card. Only cash tips for employees. That is very dishonest. I left the tip for the employee. Not the owner. You need to post a sign letting people know you rip off employees off their tips. Never going back and telling everyone, just like a friend told me.

An excellent experience here, first of all the customer service etiquette was impeccable any attention to detail do to me or during a special salad was amazing. I wanted a salad made a special way for my wife and I was able to get that salad mate correctly at this location. After having a less-than-stellar experience at another location. Thank you. And we will return to this Speedway super center location of Subway soon.

Recently placed a large order for our marching band. The owner Mr. Patel was extremely helpful and was very patient when taking every order. Due to the large order he gave us a very good discount and he was very generous with the napkins and the mayonnaise and mustard packets that he gave us for our order. He packed everything in boxes and separated them acording to the kind of sandwich. The entire order was done correctly with no issues. Interaction with Mr. Patel was extremely pleasant and he is a very kind man. While waiting for our order to be completed. It was noticed that his employees were constantly wiping down areas and refilling the supplies. The entire store appeared to be very clean and his employees were constantly busy doing something. I highly recommend this location.

So I swear they put very little meat I got the chicken teriyaki and compared to all other subways I have been to they jipped me. They were nice but need better quantity. Had ordered online for pick up, so we didn’t have to wait.
