I went through the drive through. The place looks abandoned. I probably should have found something else to eat.
Very disappointed in the “Rotisserie chicken” . I expected chunks of chicken, not the case! It was like canned shredded chicken. We all know the food never looks like the pictures but come on! The photos show chunk style chicken not shredded pate’. Horrible texture. There was barley any lettuce to speak of. I think they used a blend of shredded cheese, but the menu listed “American” for the wrap i ordered. Made for a messy & very unsatisfying lunch. I wont be going back here again.

Placed order through drive thru. Their speaker system is was terrible. All of our sandwiches were incorrect. Randomly added olives and other things we never asked for on our sandwiches. Worst subway on East Washington Street.

We went into this Subway to order food for our family’s lunch to go. Two of the sandwiches were put together well but one was not. The employee refused to add veggies until I let her add sauce saying “This is how we do it” mind you the other two sandwiches did not have this requirement and I have never heard of this at a Subway. When we got home the entire bottom of my sandwich was soggy and saturated in sauce making it to where I could not eat it. On top of that, the employee was wearing political accessories. We will not be returning to this location.

They put raw bacon on my sandwich, and when I took it back, they told me SORRY but you were standing there you should of told us to cook it, now REALLY she said that to me and wouldn’t even remake it after I stood there pulling raw bacon off my sandwich but she says I can cook you bacon to replace the raw OMG! THEN I HEAR THEM ALL 3 LAUGHING WHEN I LEFT! Of course, I called corporate now. Let’s see what’s going to happen! So expect raw bacon everyone!

I don’t agree with this whole tip culture of asking for a tip on checkout, and the couple other questions it asks.
If you were serving me, at like a sit down restaurant, then I tip my server. But you don’t need a tip for making a sandwich.

I have never been to a subway where they are not putting enough veggies or cheese on our sandwiches. There were 2 Indian ladies that didn’t put anything on our sandwiches and were being very stingy with our food. Was very disappointed and has never happened to us before. I would not recommend going to this location.

Found spit in my drink with a chunk. I was already feeling shamed for my order bc I have dietary restrictions by them and now this. Should’ve known when I was handed my drink with the lid not all the way on it. I don’t think I can ever go back to the place I thought was my safe food restaurant.
