Remember back in the day, like 6 months ago, when Subway wasn’t participating in shrinkflation? The sandwiches used to be at least 3 inches wide and had super thick bread. You could easily fit two meatballs in the width. Now look at them. They are about 1.5 inches wide and the bread is so thin it’s barely there. You get less sandwich, fewer meatballs, and pay MORE than ever before. I’ve been a subway lover for over 20 years. I won’t be back. You guys can shrink and over charge your way right out of business.

I ordered the Teriyaki Blitz Cheese steak sandwich. It tasted delicious, and had a good amount of steak, cheese and teriyaki sauce. I asked for it toasted I don’t feel like it was toasted enough. The cheese was barely melted, and the bread didn’t even have a crunch to it. Then we I asked for veggie toppings, only onions and peppers, I felt that the staff put very little on the sandwich as compared to other nearby Subway locations. My son ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and said it tasted delicious. He agreed with my concerns and issues with the toasting of the bread, and how little the amount of toppings that were put on the sandwiches.

If I could rate zero Stars I would, my last visit there was a horrible experience. We placed an online order and when we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that they were out of bacon and meatballs and only had two choices of bread. Once we received our substitutes, the vegetables were rubbery, they did not get the order right did not include the cheese that we asked for and paid for, the staff had attitudes, and the store itself was filthy. They handled cash and food with the same gloves. Just overall a horrible experience. And be warned do not order iced tea from that place cuz I don’t think they service their machines, I’m including pictures of what I saw. Buyer beware.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never eating here again. $18 for two bags of chips and a foot long and the only thing edible was the chips. Don’t come here for food. The sub was WET and fell apart in my hands. The guy put pretty much half a bottle of garlic aoli sauce in my sandwich when I asked for a lil bit. He was on the phone with his AirPods in and not paying attention to the order the entire time. Only good thing is I watched him wash his hands in front of me after using the bathroom so at least he’s friggin hygienic. Very angry I wasted my money on this sad excuse of a sandwich.
Edit: about an hour and 45 minutes after eating less than a quarter of the sandwich, I have vomited twice and my stomach is in knots. DO NOT EAT HERE

I just walked in and there was a dog on the counter…in a restaurant…by where they prepare food. The employees were videotaping and handling the dog on the counter. How is this a thing?! Still blown away. I was called mean by the dog’s owner because I said something, and she mentioned that her son is in the military. Which is not an excuse for any dog, including if this was a service animal or emotional support animal, to be on the counter of a restaurant. Who knows what else is happening in this Subway! I will not be back, and you shouldn’t go back either!

I have been to this location 3 times. I wont go back. I got a 6inch bbq chicken on white bread (that was dry and hard) bec they didnt have wraps. Then while I getting my chips and drink the employee piled on the extras without even asking! She took all off of chicken and complained about doing it. No napkins, no tea to drink and only 4 cookies available. Poor customer service. Poor atmosphere. Not recommended.

Ordered online because they are closed inside for construction.
All subs a barely toasted or not toasted at all, sub wasn’t even warmed because my chicken is cold…
Pizza sub came w cheese and pepperoni but was given with no sauce.. pretty disappointed because the inside being “closed” tells me without pressure from customers being present, they simply did not care about preparing my food properly. On top of that, gave wrong ingredients.. I should be getting my money back.
