I traveled to Indy from Michigan with our high school marching band. We ordered boxed lunches for our bus ride home. I worked with Neil at the Subway in the Hyatt Regency in Indy. He was very accommodating and flexible, especially when our band director decided to leave town a couple of hours early. Neil’s staff came in early to work on our order to get it ready for our new departure time. They were very kind and helpful when we picked up the order. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.

Had a variety of subs for a farewell party and they were a big hit. Plenty of condiments, good quality, and nice presentation. The spicy wheat was the star of the show and the cookies tasted like they were just baked right there on the spot. 10/10 highly recommended for any event.

The subway is like most. It’s a little difficult to find inside the PNC Bank building. They don’t appear to be public restrooms available, which is a problem after lunch. The bathroom required a key code and I didn’t have the code. My sandwich was very typical as expected and will return

Very disappointed in my food. I was in the hotel for a week for a conference. On Friday the 17th, I ordered 2 sandwiches on the mobile app as I was leaving to go home. So I order and go pick up. I noticed right away that they weren’t warm (I ordered toasted on both sandwiches) which is no biggie as I know heat doesn’t last. I didn’t get to look at my food until about 15 minutes later when my ride arrived.
When I opened our sandwiches, I noticed right away they were wrong.
Ordered:
Toasted Herbs and cheese bread for both sandwiches
Pepper jack cheese for both sandwiches
Mustard, mayo and sweet onion on 1.
What I got:
Cold bread (you can tell it was not put in toaster)
Plain bread for both
No cheese on either sandwich
Only mayo on the 1.
I’m not 100% sure what else was wrong with the other sandwich as my husband didn’t really care. He was just hungry.
I go to this hotel every year for a week, I’ve been to this subway before and they aren’t exactly pleasant there. If they don’t like their job, then they need to go find one that they will be nice and better at.

You can order the same thing 3 days in a row and pay a different price each time. They let food get old, hard, and/or squishy. I could go on for a while. Let’s just say that I work across the street and I am done eating there after today’s rock hard meatball experience.

Do not eat here. They will charge you regular price and give you the bare minimum amount of meat. They are cheating customers. I ordered a titan turkey sandwich paid full price and I got 1 single slice of turkey. This sandwich is supposed to come with 33% more turkey than the classic turkey and cost more but came with even less meat than the classic. How is this acceptable? When I say upset is an understatement. I called the restaurant and they refused to refund and was rude stating “that’s just how we do it here” well this is the only subway that does it that way. She then said I needed to call the next day in the morning To speak with a manager. I basically paid for a veggie sub, and wasted my entire lunch break.

Ordered through door dash. Advertised as open until 1am. Ordered at 12:05. Showed up at 12:15 to find doors locked. Neither I or door dash could get them to answer their phone. Waste of 30 minutes of my life trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Bad form subway…
