I ordered a foot long double meat flatbread steak egg and cheese and the guy tried to give me a regular serving of meat, which is two trays. When I challenged the woman running the register she tried playing it off and only added a third tray of meat instead of the four that was supposed to have been used and still charged the price for the double meat sub. Will not be returning to be ripped off again.

Went into Subway today and got to meet the new owner Sunny! This place is so clean and everyone in here are extremely nice. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is nice, the music is perfect, and the service was AMAZING! Thank you Sunny and Karen for always being here and for always being so kind!

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway, and I’ve been to countless subways in my lifetime. The Ingredients (turkey, ham, lettuce, etc) seemed as if they’d had been there for a couple of days and made it immediately seem unappetizing , and the employee helping me out barely put anything on my sand-which. It almost seemed as if they running short on supply because he was stingy with every ingredient he put on there except for the chipotle southwest sauce. Anyways, I’m not sure if this is how they regularly operate, but nonetheless something needs to change cause this was just unacceptable.

Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had came from this location, so much so I felt compelled to come write my 2nd review of my life. I ordered the elite chicken bacon ranch; the proportions, the lack of ingredients,and what ingredients were there were laughable, (how does one get 6 end slices of tomatoes in the same sandwich) the chicken was basically the size of grated Parmesan cheese, it was basically all onions. If you happen to be at the Walmart where this subway is located, just grab a deli sub from off the counter. Least you’ll know what you’re getting from the start. 0/10 would not recommend

I am looking at the past reviews and thinking I must me looking at the wrong place. But I wasn’t. This place was a hole. It was dirty. Two people were working. The guy was sitting at the register with his feet up on the counter talking on his phone loud enough for the whole area to hear. The girl made my sandwich well enough, but bread was stale. I understand prices have gone up but it’s by far the most experience Subway yet. $11.74 for a 6″ cold cut combo with drink and chips. I paid $11.48 last week at a different Plainfield location for the same thing, but footlong. The whole time I ate they just sat there doing nothing. Should have been cleaning the tables etc. Between the price, condition of the store, and ambivalence of employees, never again.
