They told us that they “online orders” to do first. We waited and waited. They had three online orders lined up. It took them forever to complete one of them. They made us continue to wait until we got frustrated enough to leave. Thanks for ignoring us Subway. Goodbye

Went in for lunch as I have been doing for the last SEVEN years. The woman who waited on me was EXTREMELY rude. The worst I have ever been treated ANYWHERE!! Wow — what a nasty attitude. At the end when I was ready to pay she said ” what kind of sandwich did you have?-I know I just made it but what did you have?” in such a hateful manner that I told her to forget it and I walked out and went elsewhere. I ‘m not going to pay her salary– no way!! They need to fire her before the end of the day. Not going back there ever again. I’m done with Subway for good.

Walked in to place an order for over $275 worth of food to be picked up the following day. Was told they couldn’t take the order, had to use an “app” to order, then they started to “hemhaw” around and I said “No problem I’ll find someone to fix my sandwiches. Don’t worry”. Went to Greenfield and Susan invited me in, asked me if I wanted a drink and took the order. No issues to pick up at noon the following day. Prolly won’t use the NP store again even though I live there. I’ll drive to Greenfield

So I did the online ordering twice. First time I went to pick up they didnt have it ready and I came an hour later. Said she didnt see it come through, no biggy, I waited patiently since stuff does happen in the busy food service…. second week ordered online, got told in front of all the other customers and other employee for me not to do the online ordering during 11-3 cause they are to busy for lunch, I said isn’t that point of online ordering to help with the issue, If not then why do you offer it, she got real nasty with me and yelled at me and said horrible things in front of other customers who were looking at her like are you serious right now… then I called corporate about the situation. They had the manager at this store call me. She said she would fix the issue and was sending me coupon vouchers to give them another try.. and If anything was to go wrong again to please just call her. I’m still waiting 5 months later on these vouchers… and I will refuse to give this place another shot until I do cuz when the lady was to busy going off on me, she made my two footlongs so sloppy and they were not enjoyable. Good luck with this place. I believed the lady who called me who said she was excited to be bringing on a new manager and things should get more smoothly there. Ya right.

I live subway, always have. This has always been my #1 choice if I must eat out. Although I prefer to cook and do often, sometimes circumstances take away from being able to do that sometimes and I am glad to have Subway as an option to turn to. This was the third time now that we’ve drove the 15 minutes to get here and they were out of something. Usually that’s not a huge problem. But when it’s 6pm and you have absolutely no bread and it’s atleast an hour wait till there will be bread it becomes a big problem when you are at a sandwich shop.
