Worst customer service ever. Employee told me that they were out of water and so he cannot wash his hands and cannot make me a subway, i mean are you serious you are working at a truck stop. I was driving from the morning and barely eat anything and this guy cannot make me a sub because he cannot wash his hands and even though i asked him that i am ok if you don’t wash them or i can buy a bottle of water from the Love’s and he can use that but he said sorry i cannot do that. So unprofessional, ignorant and what else i can say about him. Dude if you don’t like working just leave the job there are genuine people waiting to take over your job and do it 100 times better than you.

So this place was hit or miss at first, but with these new kids making the sandwiches… its horrible, its a mess and they try to rush by getting you to pay before your sandwich is done so you cant tell them if you want more of something. Bring back the people you had a couple months ago or get these kids trained properly, Im fed up with it.

Got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital, turns out some of the workers at the ware houses over there have had the same experience with this specific subway , I don’t know if they left a review, but you all should be aware from eating at this subway , subway has always been my favorite place to eat , but now I’m afraid to eat there.

Rude employees… every single one of them…. stood at the register over 5 mins just trying to pay for cookies… no other customers, just employees goofing off. Dude with the long shaggy hair looked me straight in the eyes and walked right past me…. eventually the girl with the maroon hair came from the back and took care of me… you can tell she was visibly annoyed with her lazy co workers

Worst place ever!! The sign and Google say this is 24 hour restaurant so can you please tell why it was closing at 9:20pm?? And don’t try the “short staffed” because there was 4 employees standing on line wrapping the food up and making sandwiches for themselves I’m assuming since they had lights off and line roped off.. if you aren’t going to be 24hrs then you shouldn’t change on sign on 70 and change hours on Google. This is a huge inconvenience to paying customers. This is not the first time I have went in to this location before 10pm and they are closed.. I guess I’ll just go to subway in Monrovia, support home town people and actually are opening for the posted hours of operation. Y’all need to do better subway especially being located in a 24 hour truck stop… I only have you one star because I couldn’t give zero.

The staff were extremely pleasant and the food was fresh. It is located within Loves Travel/Truck stop, so it is really convenient. The dining area was very clean. It is a much better alternative for a quick bite as compared with the McDonalds right next to it in the building.

They where out of the bread and out of onions and blaming the truck not being there and then ask about a discount cause it’s not my fault that they where out of things.. .81cent discount cause of their mistake.. I am a routine customer I think there daily and my order never changes.. someone that owns that place needs to call me and let me know if this is going to be a routine thing cause I have been going there for months and COVID is not to blame for your food shortage.. do better
