I really enjoyed my lunch here today. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and engaging. I noticed the manager coversing with some different people who seemed like regulars, and they all left with “We’ll see ya soon!” Which I appreciated. My Sandwich I asked for toasted and I thought it was just a tad over done, but I ate all of it none the less. Thanks for a nice lunch out on a Saturday.

We had two separate orders we ordered online. We got to the store and they told us they only had wheat bread we were like okay that’s fine even though that’s not what we wanted. Every table inside was gross I had to ask for a rag to clean off a table for us. Even after asking they didn’t wipe it down I did! The floors were disgusting. We went to get pop almost all the foundation pop was out and they had none to replace it. 3 of the subs they didnt even put cheese on, the put banana peppers on one that wasn’t suppose to have it, my daughters order she ordered 6 cookies and they had no cookies. The employees were rude and were talking about us as if we couldn’t hear them! I took pics of the tables, floors and video of the pop machine where the pop was out! Between the two orders we spent over $50! we have the food back! I could see one issue but there were several! This was the nastiest subway I had ever been in and the employees were so rude as if we inconvenienced them because they were out of everything and the place was dirty!

I had a great time here, when I went it was Kyli who was working and she was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! She was very kind and helpful and made sure to do everything correctly, just the way I liked it (im picky with my sandwiches ) with no complaint!!!!! And it was delicious!! Star service, hopefully everyone is like this and I’ll be back soon!!

No way to put it other than this place is going down hill.
Didn’t toast sandwiches
Meatballs were bad
Slapped cheese so thick on you could barely chew
Put onions on a sandwich that didn’t ask for it.
Only one that wasn’t messed up was the plain one, and even that one wasn’t toasted.
Called about a refund on the two sandwiches, they wanted me to drive the 45 minutes to fix their mistake. I’ll just charge it back and leave a review.

Came in today, and was welcomed as soon as we stepped in! Subs were the best looking I’ve seen in at least a decade. Fresh, clean, fast.
To the staff there today at lunch (5-8-25) YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I haven’t had an experience this good at a subway in lord knows how long. Will definitely be coming back!

Haven’t had Subway in a while and glad I stopped at this one. Amanda took my order in drive thru and seemed very nice. I watched the other lady make sandwiches, in which she changed gloves after each sandwich being made. My sub was fresh and the perfect amount of veggies. The cookie was a great bonus!

This Subway seems different than many – in a good way.The dining area is huge. The staff is friendly and food is always great 🙂 I also appreciate they support the local school system by being on the Centergrove discount card.
