Placed an online pick-up order. Picked it up through the drive-thru. Parked in the parking lot to eat my sandwich and NOT EVEN 10 minutes later…. I’m surrounded by cops who said Subway called them due to me being there over half an hour.
I showed the police my receipt (that was timestamped), and they laughed and said sorry for bothering you.
I then tried to call the store to discuss what had happened with the manager and was hung up on by someone who identified themselves as the “team lead”.
When I tried to call back they refused to answer.

Wow. Just look at the pictures. What I ordered vs what I got. Missing olives, any (let alone extra) spinach, roast beef. I got a Turkey and ham with half the vegetables missing instead of the club I ordered. Also didn’t order double cheese. Worst part was that I went in too pick it up and they didn’t have it ready yet. I was in no rush and figured they were busy/ making sure they got it right. They only had one other customer in the restaurant and this wasn’t even close. First and last time here.

Just got a chicken bacon sandwich with my son and neither one had actual chicken on it. After driving all day I was so excited about a subway being so close. Soooo disappointing!

This store is Exercising False advertisement which is ILLEGAL. They claim to be open every day until 10PM, and have locked and closed their doors AND drive thru at 9PM. This will be reported to Better Business Bureau for proper actions.

Typical Subway food. I was there during the lunch hour and they were slammed but they were still friendly and polite and apologized for the long wait. The dining room has lots of light and comfy chairs in one area.

I ordered the musculoskeletal sandwich. Instead, I received chronic back pain, neck pain, sprained muscles, and a fracture. It’s not that hard to get someone’s order right, especially when they only ordered one sandwich. I am the scary shoe bill. I also ordered the great garlic, which was cooked to satisfaction. Sweet, sweet uhm. It wasn’t until I sat down to enjoy my meal, that I realized there was something missing, my drink. Why didn’t the employees make it? It’s been reported that Subway’s Mr. Pibb descends from gods, but I thought these were just stories. To obtain my drink, I was instructed that I would need to go to the back of the restaurant outside. What kind of nonsense is that? Upon arriving at the back of the restaurant, the only thing I could see was a dumpster, which filled me a sense of dread. Upon opening the lid of the dumpster, I saw none other than David Hardcastle sipping on my Mr. Pibb. It was at that moment that the illusion of divine was completely shattered. Upon not being able to handle the truth, I went home and hung myself. Overall, this was a good experience. Fun atmosphere, great service, and amazing food. Thanks guys!

The bread was a day old on both sandwiches I ordered. The meatballs on that sub had a strange hair taste to it. This experience has made me finally decide that eating out isn’t worth it anymore. My family will be eating exclusively from home… so thanks for helping with that decision.
