The owner told there employees not to toss the chicken in teriyaki sauce…. when making a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. It is supposed to be…. chicken pieces should be adequately coated or “dressed lightly” in the teriyaki glaze/sauce. Subway’s preparation guidelines instruct employees to mix the cooked chicken with the teriyaki sauce so that the chicken is covered in sauce, Then the sandwich toppings go on and the sweet onion sauce goes on top! Stop cutting corners! The sweet onion sauce is just that, it’s not teriyaki at all! Side note the employees were talking trash about someone when we walked in also not good business!

Drive past several subways to get to this store to get a $6.99 online special. Unfortunately, they are not participating in this promotion. Now I will never stop at this store ever again and will go pay full price somewhere else. I will be more careful about “online only” promotions.

Kieth was unbearably miserable and rude to the customers and his coworker. He lacked any form of customer service and lied about what they had because he didn’t want to make the item we asked for. He also didn’t wear gloves when getting the cookies.

Have had WAY better elsewhere! The gal that made my sandwich really didn’t care or pay attention to what she was doing so there was marinara all over the outside of the bread, the bread instantly got super soggy which has never happened another time I got a meatball sub, neither of the employees really listened to what customers were asking for, the guy working at the time was giving everyone their meals without bags which made no since at all, but then he kind of huffed and puffed when we asked for the bags. The restaurant could’ve been a little bit cleaner. Have had a lot better!

If I could leave less than 1 star for atmosphere, I would. Several young teen age girls were “hanging out” in the establishment, 1 employee was giving them free vegetables to eat. Water cups were handed out for beverages as well. At one point something was handed over the counter that one of the young girls placed inside her shirt. We will not be returning as this was a very uncomfortable situation. I would recommend that the owners check camera’s or make random checks on their establishment.

The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh and tasty.
Unlike some Subways, the food doesn’t look like it has been sitting there for hours. The green peppers and spinach are always crunchy and full of flavor.

I liked it overall, but they only put one slice of cheese on 6in subs and any other subway I’ve been to uses two. Not a big deal, I just don’t want to pay for extra cheese when every other location gives me two half slices. The guys running the place do work hard though, even when the line is long and the place is really busy, they manage to put thought into the sandwiches they make and even joke and make conversation with the customers. I don’t care about a lousy piece of cheese if the employees are kind and in good spirits, which these guys are.

Very friendly and patient sandwich makers. Patience is important when dealing with a customer like me. I’m picky and so is my family. They don’t act annoyed at my strangely specific orders. The price is on par with any other Subway. The parking isn’t great, but that’s not on Subway. It’s very clean and there are plenty of drink options. Excellent place to get a sub.
