We went last night and they were out of most chips and sodas. One employee was rude to my 11-year-old. We did not enjoy our sandwiches as they were not made to specification. For example, my friend asked for light mayonnaise and the employee put a ton of mayo on her sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch and the employee made a foot long and I didn’t notice until it was time to put the vegetables on. She had been so rude to my son earlier I didn’t bother pointing out her mistake. There was no manager on staff to talk to while we were there and we didn’t realize how bad our food was until we left. When I tried to call to talk to somebody about it the phone number for this business does not connect and just has a message saying “sorry this number is unavailable.”

Placed an online order and they burnt my food so bad I couldn’t eat but maybe half of it. I tried calling 6 times to see if I could maybe replace it. But no answer just rings and rings. Normally they’re pretty good but the one time I didn’t go in person and order and this happens. I do not recommend online orders from this location.

1st time visiting this location, the two employees working did not seem to be enjoying their jobs. I had ordered online and upon arrival was told they still had not started it. Once she started to make the sandwiches, I emphasized I had extra meat. Upon getting home I find the Club did not have extra meat. The steak n cheese did however, it was chewy/grisly. To sum it up, not good at all…….

The lady with reddish hair was very rude and sucks at her job she should think about working somewhere else honestly. Their app needs fixed because all it does is waste my time. But when I got there after ordering my sandwich she said “we cant do anything about it but give you a refund” which I did not mind except how rude she was even though she’s the problem not me. After that I got my sandwich and went home but only to find out they messed up my order. So I called them and they told me to go back up to fix my sandwich. They were rude again and the sandwich was nasty. This is also the 2nd time this has happened. There was also another lady in there having the same problem as me with the app and another lady was in there telling them about how they messed up her order so I’m obviously not the only one.

I just went in a hour ago. the 2 ladies in there were kind and professional. The one, I should of gotten her name, but she was helpful and listened to some of us complain about high prices. I know its not the business fault its the problem with government wanting socialism and giving all american money away to communist and socialist countries that hate america. Well sad enough but true its not the fault of subway or other business. So be kind and understandable. And support there store and eat out once in awhile and enjoy. Love to you all. Have a blessed day. By the way I had that chicken garlic sandwich. It was really good!

This Subway is in a small building on the corner of Main Street in Beech Grove with three other businesses. There is plenty of parking and never a long wait. I always see the same familiar faces when I go there and rhey are friendly, fresh and conveniently located near Beech Grove Meadows Nursing Facility.
