Went in over a week ago to see if they would be able to provide 30 individual sandwiches for the baseball team, and they stated “yes, as long as you have your order printed out and to us 24 hours in advance”. Dropped the order off to the manager 36 hours before needing them at 8-8:15am on 4.6.23. She tells me to call the next morning to make sure that they can do this. I’m sorry, what? I gave you a weeks notice that you would have a $400+ order and I have to call the day before needing to see if you can fulfill the order?!? Manager on duty 4.5.23 was not empathetic or willing to try and accommodate me stated that only one person was capable of providing such a large order…again – what?!? You have all day to make and store sandwiches while you are not busy, leaving only 5 sandwiches that would need to be toasted for the morning. You have seriously lost a customer for life at this location with your awful customer service!

Anthony sucked. He got my sandwich wrong and then gave me very little vegetables, I had to keep telling him more, I would have liked it the subway way, with plenty lettuce, six tomatoes and six cucumbers etc. disappointed!!!

Just ordered and picked up 2 subs. One was correct other was not. So we returned sub. The person at the window said he wanted the sub back and while the other worker was making our new sub another young worker was eating bologna out of the bins. This used to be the best subway to go to. Will not be back too this location. Young kids working with no supervision. Sad!!

Went thru drive up today 9.18.20 for first time. VERY impressed with service, and MOST OF ALL THE EXTREMELY NICE YOUNG BLACK GAL THAT TOOK MY PAYMENT. She was the nicest most admirable person to ever wait on me, ever. It’s an approach like hers to people that DOES change the world. Very nice hire Subway, way to go.

Third visit in 7 weeks. Two of the visits I had something wrong with the order when I got it home. However the food was very good and service was polite and friendly and helpful. Just got to make sure you get what you order. Otherwise a great place to go for sandwiches

Went on a Thursday evening through the drive through. They had a couple cars in the drive through and a couple people inside. The older lady running the drive through was extremely rude when taking my order. Once I got up to the window she didn’t say a word and frowned the whole time. The other lady in the back was making sandwiches while eating herself. Wouldn’t recommend. If you hate your job that much find another.
