Ordering a sandwich, the young man was nice and made it. The girl was on the other counter cutting ham. She was not wearing any gloves and was watching/holding her phone in between cuts. Very gross and unprofessional. Who would want to touch cold wet ham, then grab her phone to watch videos in the front of the store? GROSS.

I had to have my sandwich remade. The young men working tonight were so nice and understanding. The young lady was rude, rolled her eyes. I said thank you and to have a good night and she just said “sureeee” and turned her back to me. I wont be coming back.

I ordered a double protein salad and got zero protein and 1/4 of a salad. They charged me full price even for the extra protein. I asked for a refund and they didn’t know how to do it. All three employees just looked at me confused why I wouldn’t be okay with not getting what I paid for bc they didn’t know how to issue a refund.

The floor was filthy, looks like they only sweep/wipe tables once a day. One of the employees was on the phone the entire time he was making my sandwich and kept touching his phone and going straight back to making my food without changing gloves.

I stood and waited for almost 5 minutes before the employees even acknowledged me. The lettuce was old and brown, I asked if they had different lettuce and was told no. So I skipped the lettuce. Asked for green peppers, he put it all on one side, didn’t spread it out at all. He had an attitude the whole time. Quit your job and go work in a warehouse if you can’t be decent to customers. My sandwich was OK after I rearranged all the toppings myself.

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give. The staff that works around 4 are extremely rude they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing I have received burnt bread and completely the wrong sandwich. I usually don’t write this I worked in fast food and understand how difficult it can be but your workers are extremely unpleasant and I never receive good quality food tonight is the last night I will eat at this subway.

I’ve had multiple experiences at this location with young high schoolers goofing off more than working. I know it’s subway and not a 5 star restaurant, but the kids pay more attention to their friends and coworkers than the customers. I’ve been ignored while they finish up conversations, heard them curse and goof around with each other rather than build my sandwich. Today the girl making my sandwich coughed into her gloves multiple times and used her gloves to pull up her pants. She used the same gloves to continue making my sandwich. Management needs to have a conversation about professionalism and cleanliness.

Need to train better. I ordered the Turkey Cali club as a salad and was told that they “don’t cut up the meat”. I was just there a couple days ago and they cut up the meat and cheese into smaller pieces, didn’t even need to ask. I even checked on the website and the picture of the turkey salad (which uses the same meat) was cut up. It’s not a huge thing, but it doesn’t make sense *not* to cut it up.
