BEWARE!!!!
This location is a Rip Off. I ordered online a Footlong and get one for $1 and they “claimed” they didn’t receive the order. Yet the $14.16 was pending in my acct. They wouldn’t NOT honor the pending charge but instead said I had to place a new order and then would be charged full price. The other pending charges would be dropped. Bullshit!!!! They are scammers and will never go to that location again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order in the app with the store for Saturday. The app and website said they opened at 8:00AM.

I got an email saying it would be ready at 8:30AM. My intent was to pick it up on my way to my location and have the sandwich for lunch.

When I got to the store at roughly 8:45AM the door was locked, lights were out, open sign was off. I called the store and no one answered.

When I was able to call back and get an answer they told me they had records that the store was open at 8AM and that I didn’t come get the sandwich.

The person on the phone said they spoke with their manager and were told no to a refund. When I asked to speak with the manager they refused citing they were busy.

The sandwiches are typically consistent and good here. The soda from the fountain is actually great. I order through the app and the food is always ready when I get there. Unfortunately, the app has some hiccups and for several orders I have not been able to receive my rewards points.

We visit this location every Wednesday and I have to say normally everything is amazing and fantastic..even with previous staff issues everyone has been amazing and the food was great.. tonight on the other hand was awful… our sandwiches were smashed, barely any meat on them and all of our veggies were bottom of the barrel.. there were a couple of new employees (again) that unfortunately need more training. We just want consistency back again as I’m sure Andrea the owner wants as well.

The staff here were great. I don’t eat Subway often so they have a new lineup of sandwiches but also have their old menu as well. It is what it is as far as their food goes. Their staff was what stood out to me.

I love this location. It’s my favorite because everyone is so nice and always makes my order great. However, Dylan needs to put his hair up if he’s going to be working with people’s food. The whole time I was afraid his hair would drop in my food, or worse, the bins. A hat doesn’t do anything if the rest of it is hanging around his face.

Fairly disappointed with this visit. Staff was rude and my sandwich overpriced. Got a standard BLT. Should have only been 5.99. I know this because the Subway on Clover always sold me this same sandwich at this price. The beginning line guy was very polite, but the two ladies at the end were very rude. The sandwich maker made it very sloppy and couldn’t even fold the sandwich over correctly. And the cashier was snide. She told me the total and I had mention that the sandwich should have only been 6 dollars, like it is over at Clover. She rudely said to me “well that store is actually more expensive than us” Well obviously not!! The overall service was terrible. I get it. I work in food service, I’ve done and dealt with bad customers. However, the performance of this store was terrible. Their attitudes were not warranted what so ever.. Highly disappointed in this store. I recommend actually training your staff, or better yet not hiring bad employees. (These were middle aged women by the way, not teenagers).
