Food health and safety needs to look into this location. The smell and taste of my chicken wrap tasted like burning chemicals/plastic. Immediately threw my wrap away. Staying far away from this location and Subway period, traumatizing!

There are many subways near each other in this area you can eat at, but this is the only one I will go to. Even if I’m near another Subway, I will still go out of my way to go here. They recently remodeled and it’s very nice. Everything in here always looks clean including the floor, tables, and the counter where they make your food. I’ve noticed a lot of subways have flies but I personally have never seen any here. The manager/owner is Tina and she was working alongside her employees. They have always been very friendly to me when I come in and have been fast to service me. An older gentleman was ordering today and I think he could have been kinder to the girl making his sandwich. In spite of his bluntness, she remained very respectful and serviced him. I was very impressed at her patience. The food has always been delicious and they’re always polite if I ask for extra of something. The parking is a little limited due to it being in a strip. I didn’t check the restroom unfortunately. But if it’s like the rest of the store, I’m sure it’s clean and pleasant. I’ll be back again!

If I could give more stars, I would love to the most Clean Subway I’ve ever been to. The food was also fresh lettuce was crisp. The meats were tender. The bread was best I have had so far. Employees were very friendly

BE CAREFUL!!!!!This establishment’s policies do not respect the rewards offered for online orders! They prefer to cancel your order rather than give you what Subway promised you!! Be careful!

My husband went to get Subway tonight at 8:40pm and it turns out it was closed before 9pm without any excuse. The door says there open till 9pm.

Overcharged for sandwiches. Online order – didn’t order bbq sauce on sub, they accidenrly put bbq sauce on and instead of remaking, they tore the bbq bread out.

this is my absolute favorite subway. the food is good every time and the workers are always friendly without fail. it’s the only place I’ll go in to get food. I’ve avoided subway in the past because the workers are usually irritated but they’ve always been nice here. I love this subway and the people that run it.

I placed an order on the app. When I came to the store to pick it up, for some odd reason, my order didn’t go through completely and showed an error on my app. I then hit the place order button again showing them It is through now, and it went through as normal. The manager is trying to make sure I’m the person who placed the order, asking me questions like, ‘What is your name?’ and ‘What is on the order?’ multiple times even though I showed them It is from my phone. Unfortunately, their oven is also broken, so they can’t toast anything at all, which is fine; things break down, but I should have gotten a heads-up in the app. You can tell the manager has an attitude. She was staring me down as if I’m an alien lol. I’m not sure what she had against me, sad to say, but it was similar to where some Indians have somewhat of bad blood against another other Indians. I felt bad for the workers as they all seem very hardworking and diligent. As for the food It was probably one of the worst subways I have ever had it was completely dry with barely any of the sauces I asked for. I tried out this spot after 2 years of living here. This was my first and last one try. Good luck!

Update 02/07/2025: Wife coaxed me in. The place is renovated and clearly under new management. Dude loaded up my sandwich like the old days. Great experience. Will be back.
Previous Review:
I don’t know if this place is under new ownership recently or what, but the level of stinginess with any of the sandwich fixins is absurd.
The woman making my sandwich must have been counting spinach leaves and grains of parmesan. It was like she felt she was shaking money onto the sandwich. Honestly she looked in pain, maybe they need a better line on Parmesan cheese pricing.
The veggies are all sliced so thin it reminds me of that scene from Fun and Fancy Free where Mickey Mouse is making paper thin slices of food to share with his friends. So everything is sliced thinner, cut into smaller pieces, and counted. The objective is not to make a good sandwich, it is to keep the margin as high as possible.
Another cool thing about this location is they have now obscured the part of the station where they put the meat and cheese on so you can’t see how much of anything is going on the bread. I assume this is strategic.
I don’t know if any of the above is unique to this location. In the past I had the owner snap at me for having the audacity to try and use a coupon from the national chain. “COUPON NO GOOD FOR OWNER”, he yelled at me. Maybe it’s the economy, maybe this location is just bad. I hope they put a Jersey Mike’s in at 104th and forced to compete.
