If I could leave this store no star I would, very rude Indian lady. Beside not toasting my bread giving me cold chicken and sandwiches when they were all toasted. Argued it was because it was cold outside that’s why they were cold. She wanted to warm the sandwiches up when they were already bitten (super unsanitary ) told her that I didn’t want that because veggies were gonna be hot. Just to give me a refund. She then told me that she could give hot chicken on side for me to put on sandwiches. I told her to give me refund she rolled her eyes started screaming to keep the sandwiches and gave me my money. I threw the sandwiches in front of her in the trash can, I told her no one wanted free food. I just wanted my money back this point. She then started hitting the counter and when I asked for my receipt of the refund she said just to keep the one I already have. I come here all the time never had a problem with the other lady very disappointed and very poor customer service on her behalf if she doesn’t wanna work why be there. I’m not gonna throw my money away because she doesn’t wanna work right. And I feel bad for whoever owns this subway you will lose money and customers for having employees like her.

Prices were not accurate on the board which caused me to pay more than expected. The lady at the front didn’t understand basic math when I explained the issue and offered me her cash tip money after I argued for about 3 minutes trying to explain to her that $11+tax does not equal $16 (I did not take her tip money). Food was subpar.

This is by far the best Subway I had in my life! To think I had to travel to Lebanon to taste the special touch that Mrs. Ila puts in every sandwich is crazy. But I’ll gladly make the trip again! Subway is lucky to have someone as Mrs. Ila cooking their sandwiches!. Someone give this woman a Prize!.

So normally I love this store, but today that’s changed. Yesterday I orders a footlong meatball and only got 4 meatballs. I didn’t say anything cause normally I receive amazing service here. But today my sister got a six inch sub and they only gave her 2 meatballs. So it wasn’t an accident yesterday and definitely not again today. Incase anyone is wondering, there is suppose to be 4 meatballs per 6 inch.

ILA took care of us after a long day of shopping, her smile was big, she was kind and efficient, and her sandwiches look like art! She filled it to the brim, making sure everything was spread evenly. The sandwiches tasted amazing, and our meal was even better from the wonderful service!

Charged $6.00 or 2 for regular cheese on a normal footlong veggie sandwich. Didn’t apply BOGO50 when I bought 3 footloose. I said I didn’t want order when she refused to adjust order and was yelling at me in Walmart. Even said if don’t have money why did you come here. Was not about money. It is about being overcharged and treated so badly. I will never go to this Subway again. Wish I could leave 0 stars for service. Store manager not answering phone.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It is a constant feeling of being belittled just for ordering the food. The workers are rude and disturbing on several levels. A manager was not present so the worker took advantage of the opportunity and made fun of several customers including my mother which caused her to curse at him, justified for his actions, and he responded in a rude, disgusting, and crude manner. We informed the walmart manager because the worker was alone. Another incident that happened was when I personally went to the subway and was laughed at and criticized by TWO employees. This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited and will never visit again.
