Be careful when you ask them to put the vegetable on the side instead of on the sandwich since they will charge you as buying a salad which is $4 more. This is ridiculous. I have gone to dozens of Subways if not hundreds, this is the first time I heard this ripoff scheme . The female staff told me that she was instructed by the manager to do this way.

Another male staff was preparing my sandwich with the meat. He was listening to whatever he was listening to with his AirPods when I walked into the store. He never took the AirPods off, never greeted me. I thought he can hear me, then I went ahead and told him what bread and meat I want as what I would do in any fast food restaurant. A couple of tens seconds later, he asked me “what bread to you want sir?” Are you kidding me? Seriously? This is definitely not one of the worst Subways I have been to, it is THE WORST. Will never come back again.

Listen, I’m a regular here. I come 2-3 a week on my lunch and today was the final straw. Your new guy is rude, creepy, and all around SLOW. Most of the days that I come in you have a line to the door because of this ONE PERSON. Every other worker is kind but stressed and desperately trying to pick up his slack. Today was the final straw for me. I asked him to cut my sandwich in half at the very beginning because my five year old daughter and I were splitting a sandwich. He proceeded to say “It’s a sandwich its designed to be cut in half.” First of all, RUDE. That’s really horrible customer service. Keep in mind that its lunchtime. Online orders are piling in. Every time he hears the robot lady announce a new order he rolls his eyes, loudly sighs, and says “Really?” in the most annoyed voice. He’s rude, he has a bad attitude, and he’s slow. Please dear god almighty, please do something about this. You’ve lost a regular customer.

Worst experience ever. I haven’t been in awhile but I’m assuming the guy that made my sandwich was new. I totally understand if you’re a new person of course you’re going to be a little slow starting out. But this guy was REALLY slow. He looked loss and confused. The others were no help. They were zooming past him, not helping him or giving him advice on what to do. He was so slow that another customer had to go around me cause he was still working on mine. Seriously, ridiculous.

I ordered for my daughter while I was in another state. This Subway went beyond the call of duty to get my daughter dinner!!! It was PERFECT!! I spoke to 3 people and each person was so helpful and kind!! You are all the BEST!! I am FOREVER grateful that you made my daughter sooo happy!! She loves it all!!! Her travels were one disaster after another so to arrive to such fabulous meals after 7 hours of delays is a blessing!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TREMENDOUS EFFORTS!!! YOU ARE OUR #1 SUBWAY!!!

Worst Subway Sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered a Subway Club (which I order all the time) and the woman making it was asking her co-worker how to make it and it turned out awful. Hardly any meat.

My meatball sub was full of chewy pieces. I have to pick out gross pieces every bite. Also the manager or whoever the young lady is that wears blazers is rude and does not understand customer service at all. If I were the person running the place I probably would talk to them.

My expectation is always met at this (& several other) Subway store(s)! It is good food at a reasonable price. The store appeared clean and the employees were following good practices.

The most impressive action during this trip were the 2 employees working the counter: Two middle-aged ladies that were operating at supersonic speed, to serve the sudden surge of customers! Wow, impressed with their commitment and dedication. It is folks like them that make the business tick!! Thanks to both of them.

Considering my previous experience at another subway. It was outstanding. Showed up again around 830 and was pleasantly surprised that were were greeted vs the ✌️other✌️ Location. They weren’t out of any of the breads. Had all the meats and it was fresh. Lil heavy on honey mustard and she tried to scrap it off so I’ll give her credit for trying. I’m just picky buy the two ladies behind the counter were awesome. My daughter and I will def return
