Everytime i go here I notice they NEVER change their gloves after ringing you up. The young girl that made my sub today put my sub in the toaster and then rang me up to pay, grabbed my sub and continued using the same gloves that she touched the filthy screen with. Absolutely disgusting. Food safety 101. Shame on you subway for not enforcing basic food health rules. Next time I’m snapping on the person if this continues.

This place is a joke. I ordered food about 10 minutes after they opened on DoorDash. It said it would take 20 minutes and I waited over an hour. And when I tried to call into the restaurant to see if they got my order, nobody picked up. So when I called again, they declined my call. The other subway in town by McDonald’s is so much better. They’re so polite and they’re very quick.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived an hour before close. The girl that was in there glared at us as we pulled up. My husband asked for soup. She said it was already put away because they close in an hour. She then proceeded stop slop our sandwiches together as if we were inconviencing her. As we got in the car we watched her stare us down & mouth words as if she was yelling at us. She also never gave us a receipt. Probably hoping we wouldn’t leave a review & couldn’t get her name.

My wife and I used to go to the Subway in Celina. We went there a lot so we took one of their frequent flyer cards and signed up. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. When we first started we gave them three stars now only one. We used the cards several times but never got credit for it. So beware of the card food is good.
