This is the worst subway I don’t even know where to start they diffntly took my money with no refund for not getting anything as well the one or two days I did get something the second day the pop machine does not work correctly very poor and dirty someone needs to call OSHA or USDA on this place the first and second time I got something the sub was very poorly made and did not taste right ….. Will never go here again…

I used to come to this Subway often and was ecstatic when they began online orders awhile back. However, every time I order online, I go at my pick up time and still have to wait. Usually I’m waiting for an employee to come to the front. At times waiting 10 minutes or more just to ask for my pick up order I can see sitting behind the counter. Tonight, I came in a bit after my initial pickup time to an empty lobby and 2 employees behind the counter. There was no order on the back counter and they appeared to be frantically making what I thought was my order. After they helped 2 customers that came in after me, I approached them about my order. They said the order they just made was not mine and they must have given the wrong order out. Give them 5 minutes and they would have to remake it. After they helped the other customers that came in after me and 20 minutes after my inital pick up time, I finally had my food, which was hardly toasted and quite obviously rushed.
