YUCK!!!WORST sub I’ve had!! Lady speak no English and just flopped my toppings on any ol’ which way guy was very hatey and “rushy”..got home to eat food taste like doodoo!! Chips were pretty good tho lol..NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst subway in Paulding the lady barley spoke English hard to understand even if you order online the extra meat add avacado barley to little is even on the freaking sandwich pay extra to just be a regular not worth the money if they gonna keep getting the orders wrong and not understand your clear loud words spoken clearly to understand

I went in today the man that started my order didn’t speak well English first of all had to repeat myself multiple times he had no idea what I was saying when I told him I wanted the number 6 he had no idea on what to do. Also asked for parmesan and instead he tried putting lettuce then ask for light Ranch then he puts mayo. I told him that’s incorrect and what he did was he took his gloves and just started to wipe it off. There was still a lot more on there and I asked for new sandwich and when I did they were throwing stuff on there it was so sloppy.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I had a terrible experience with my mobile order. I received 3 footlong subs with only pepperoni, no sauce, no cheese, and cold. Then I had to deal with an extremely rude and contentious employee, who pretty much said it was not her problem even after seeing the receipt that showed the order was placed correctly,. She then proceeded to refuse to put me in contact with a manager. Mistakes can happen for sure, but there is no excuse for this kind of customer service.

Now I don’t regularly order from Subway. However. I have done so from this specific location numerous times. Subway is generally more expensive regardless of location, but for what you’re paying, I would expect more. The food is okay, not bad, not great either. Still enjoyable. However, the problem with this specific place is service and preparation. All my orders from this location are often sloppily assembled, or have an excess of a specific topping, or way too little of a topping. Now this isn’t an issue if you’re at the location telling them what you’d like on it, as you can just tell them more or less. However, if you order online, you don’t know what you’re going to get. I can’t say it’s the worst place to get food here in Paulding, but it isn’t the best either. All in all, okay food, high prices, and meh service.

Terrible changes. Ordered bmt ultimate for 11.39. The so called ultimate is supposed to have double cheese. Didn’t get it.
No ham? Why?
I called and they offered to replace it, but when someone is on lunch they are typically limited on time and declined. So she offered a 6” coupon for future order. I refused due to the rudeness in her voice and i will not return. Sorry that your customers are an inconvenience

I’ve visited this subway a few times with no problems but today I used the app to place my order to pick up and ran into some terrible issues. First I ordered a simple turkey sub to get there and receive a turkey sub fully loaded with all the veggies and the wrong bread. I simply asked for the sub to be remade and the employee then decided to be rude saying they could just “dump” the sandwich on new bread but they wouldn’t do anything else. After a while of back and forth they finally remade the sandwich while continuing to argue about how I placed the order.

I encourage the owners of this establishment to discuss with their employees the dangers of FOOD ALLERGIES and how these “simple” fixes aren’t ever an acceptable option.

Stopped here after a sporting event. It was 8:30ish pm. There were 2 extremely nice young adults working. Nobody in the place when we arrived yet they were busy cleaning etc. They stopped what they were doing to help us. They were very efficient and friendly. Their boss and family should be proud.

Been a fan of subway for a very long time and moved here couple months ago first time in paulding and me and my husband tried y’all’s subway and I hate to say it but pretty disappointed the meatballs sauce tastes chemically and old and meatballs haven’t been the best either and past few times I tried eating there again to see if it was just certain shift but no matter what still the same idk if y’all changed the sauce recipe or different way to prep but sad cuz I always loved and had the meatball sub especially the Boss 🙁 and with my tooth issue it’s hard for me to eat a lot of foods 🙁 hopefully if i do come in again itd be better and no im not a Karen or troll just speaking my opinion and my experience.
