Worst experience in a Subway by far. Order my meal online through their app 25 minutes before my lunch break. Get there when it says it’s ready and went through on my phone get to the store and it’s not ready. They said the order got canceled so now I’m out $15 and I don’t have my lunch. Worst place ever!!!!!! Do not try to choose the app, your order will get canceled!!!

Atmosphere is 3 stars cuz it’s a Subway.
I’m not from Columbus Grove and had never been to this location, so I guessed it was new, but it’s not. Very clean, well-lit. Food was all fresh.
Sandwiches were ordered online, and they were ready when we got there. Had her make another sandwich, and she loaded on the toppings.

Made my sandwich wrong and I didn’t realize it until I was several miles up the road. I was already running late, so there was no time to turn around and I asked for a refund. They told me they would give me a refund which they did, but then they charged my card again for the same exact amount. When I called and complained again, they were told me there was no way possible for them to charge me again basically accusing me of being a liar. They promised a phone call from the owner to get things sorted, and I never received a phone call. At this point since the owner nor the manager wants to help out, my last resort is to leave a bad review, file a complaint, and then submit a dispute with my bank. If you Are ever worried about being overcharged and worried about getting your money back. I would highly advise you to stay away from this location because it is a nightmare to get anyone to listen to you and you are automatically wrong as a customer.

We just went through the drive-thru (Jan 2, 2024 at 2:15) and we had the worst costumer service ever she snapped at us right away that it’ll be a minute no big deal I get it but then she asked for our order and when we said a bread she let out an exaggerated sigh and then we asked a question and she frustratingly said I guess, I don’t care. Lettuce was pitiful at best. Everything else seems pretty clean and fresh. Clean restrooms.

This place habitually has the worst people working. They can never make the sandwiches correctly. I can go inside and place an order, walk outside and wait 5 minutes, go back and order the same exact thing again and the price will be different. People who work here and slow, not very intelligent, rude, and sometimes unsanitary. I watched a girl just today make a sandwich wearing gloves she just used to smash something into the trash can. I would go somewhere else as this place continues to get worse each and every time I go in. I will not be returning to this location.
