Fast and friendly. Seating is ample and is conveniently located in the middle of downtown on Main St. The poor guy finishing my sandwich shook the herb oil (like he is supposed to) and accidentally had some flying out of the bottle. He played it off well with the help of his coworker. Made my day . But they should stock some Coke Zero. I prefer that to Diet Coke any day.

Always good food at this Subway location. But when I went this last time, one employee behind the counter was not wearing a mask, the other one was but was showing quite an attitude the whole time, slamming the door in the back multiple times forcefully, throwing the lettuce back into the bin and just acting unprofessional. I hate leaving reviews like this, but it was just unacceptable and made me and my spouse really uncomfortable. I won’t be back for a long time.

Food was fine, but 2 of 3 staff not wearing masks. The other one had nose out. One staff member not wearing gloves pushed lettuce into the bowl with her finger to close it. These ladies seemed nice, but may need more training on sanitation practices during Covid. I expect better from Subway.

Their protein bowls R the footlong amount of meat, so its very filling. Two salads 4 me. Chicken is my fave with spinach. And the Coldwater Mgr , Shane is excellent with support for her team & working the table at the busy times.

The staff was rude, argumentative, and belligerent, as they don’t listen to what you order and twice this has happened!! Even after the manager tried to make it right the other staff gave attitude as well as mocking as we left. They shorted me on meat and got the dressing wrong on the other sandwich!! I will not go back again as I already gave them a second and third chance already.
