Ordered online. BLT on wheat, pepperjack cheese, add cucumber with the lettuce, tomato and Mayo. I received a completely wrong, and disgusting looking sub.

I ordered online. The sandwiches were sloppily put together, literally falling apart when I picked it up. The sauce was coated on everything too. There was something off about the bread too. It was a very light, sandy brown color, which is different from the typical darker brown.
Is any of this due to Subway adding a “Tip” button on my order? Why am I being asked to tip before my food is even made? Actually, why am I being asked to tip at all? This setup makes it seem more like I need to bribe the person into making me a good sub, rather than tip them on performance.
Raise your standards and pay your employees fairly in order to meet those standards.

Ordered online 2 different times . Last time didn’t get the sub I ordered a Philly cheese steak and a # 30 monster sub . Got a plain Philly and steak and cheese sub and a plain philly and cheese flat bread. Where they got a flat bread mixed up with a #30 monster sub no clue . Had aready went back to bring back flat bread got home and no #30 monster sub just another Philly and cheese. Didn’t waste gas on 2nd trip back NEVER AGAIN

The owner was really helpful we have subway card any for some reason it wasn’t working. The card gives you points toward getting a freebie . He gave us two meal tickets. We finally got the problem fixed.
