This is one of the cleanest locations we have visited. The staff was very friendly and got the order completed pretty quick. There was a line of about five people in front of us – which to my surprise, DID NOT take that long to take care of every customer. The line moved pretty fast. We noticed there was about five employees working during out visit. I did not see any one of the employees not working. They were grinding was a great team or well oiled machine! Great job Subway!

woman over the phone nearly refused to void my order, claiming they made my sandwich in under 2 minutes. I ordered to wrong store, it shouldn’t be that hard for them to cancel an order unless they can’t compute simple instructions, what a disappointment

The team is doing what they can. One concern is the menu lists chicken salad. Only after trying to order do people get told they don’t carry that item any more. It seems non customer-friendly for corporate to force a store to keep items on menus and lists “until corporate sends out the updated menus.” More helpful would be allowing stores to cover over such items.

We ordered door dash. I ordered 2 foot long tunas, double meat that was it. We got the subs. No double meat and had lettuce, tomato and onion. I called door dash for a reorder and when I got off the phone with door dash I called subway. The woman I talked to said they already remade the sandwichs the same as before and refused to remake them the way I wanted. I told her never mind I’ll let door dash handle it. She said now they would be out of the money for four foot long subs. Door dash called them they refused to make the sandwiches the way they were ordered and the door dash operator told me we could no longer order from that subway. She also told door dash they were now out of tuna. I will never use this subway again.

I had ordered the meal of the day through the app and removed the sauce that originally comes on the sandwich and had requested mayo instead.
After picking my order up I seen that the sauce I had clicked to have removed was on the sandwich. I returned and asked them to remake the sandwich and they said no. I told them I can’t eat the sandwich and they told me I should have orders a pizza sub instead (even though I ordered the meal of the day because it was the cheapest option and only had pepperoni as the meat which is what I prefer). I was running late for work and just requested that I return the sandwich, unopened chips and drink for a refund and they told me no again.

I was shocked and becoming overwhelmed because my sugar was low since that was ment to be my first meal of the day. I didn’t want to make a scene so I left because they told me to get a refund through the app (the app stated all refunds do to unsatisfactory service or product must be handed at the store itself) so I made it to work on time but will not have anything to eat all day because I was only able to afford the meal I had purchased and had no time to even attempt to stop somewhere else.

This is upsetting because I had clicked to remove the sauce and nowhere on the receipt does it say to add the original sauce. The name of the sandwich also says pepperoni in it and pepperoni is one of the items listed on the receipt to be on the sandwich.

The other employees are much kinder and have never made me feel so distraught. But the older woman who made my meal was rude, showed no empathy and refused to make any attempt at resolving the issue by telling me “too bad” and that I “should have ordered a pizza sub”.

Fast and efficient service when I arrived there was a line and I thought oh Lord I’m going to be here forever but those Ladies had it down was in and out in about 10 minutes and I ordered 3 subs! Amazing job Ladies

Worst customer service ever. They made my sandwich completely wrong and then argued with me about how I got my husband and my own sandwiches mixed up like I’m some kind of idiot that can’t tell what I ordered. My husbands sandwich was perfect. Mine was like a cross between my husbands sandwich and my own like they were making it right and then when they were finishing they were looking at his order. Been coming here for YEARS and WEEKLY, will never be coming here again. It would have been so simple to just admit you messed up and remake my sandwich and send me on my way. Instead you wanted to argue with me about how I apparently can’t tell the difference between a CBR sandwich and a steak sandwich. Literally through my garbage sandwich in the trash where it belonged and walked out. Panera was where I went after this atrocity of an experience and my Panera order was perfect and delicious.
