We went through yesterday and ordered 2 subs in the drive thru. The lady was very disrespectful and acted like she was not even listening. When we got to the window it was open and we were waiting to pay and get our food. A woman came over slammed the window in our face and walked away. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. I decided I would take my money somewhere else. If you don’t want someone’s business keep treating people this way. I have never been treated this way at this store. It used to be my favorite Subway until the treatment we received yesterday. I won’t be coming back to your store.

We ordered 2 subs, according to order board outside they were under $8 apiece. They charged us just under $22. Didn’t have time to argue the issue with someone who said it’s their first day. We put half of one sub in the fridge and by first thing in the morning it was already sour. We won’t be back.

Word of advice , if you have the option to order online maybe you should open your dinning room, most of the time we pre order online to minimize our wait time because just maybe we are on our way to work . We shouldn’t have to wait in the drive thru to tell you that we are here , there could be a long line , and if you know there’s an order waiting for pick maybe you need to stay up front to see us coming . Very rude to confront me the way you did . Will not be going back to that one.
