The guy behind the deli bar doesn’t speak English and when I ordered a Titan turkey sub, the guy put literally 3 paper thin slices of turkey breast on it and 2 small triangles of cheese! That’s not no damn Titan anything! I was so disappointed. They were generous with the lettuce and mayo, though, lmao! This place is going to lose customers fast!

Overcharged for food. They couldn’t understand I wanted a footlong pepperoni roller. Priced at $2 but charged $3. It’s not a big deal but it’s not right. Was no point trying to explain something to someone who can’t speak English.

I had not been to this location before. I am glad I read the reviews after I went. LOL I actually only got on to put how awesome the staff was and the food was spot on to what I ordered and expected. I know with as many toppings dealt with at Subway I can see how it could easily get mixed up. My order was done properly, timely, professionally along with a very kind young man that made my order just as I asked and did it with a smile! He was very kind. I will be back! Thank you!

I have went here plenty of times before with no issue. But last time I went in the two behind the counter were speaking a language I could not understand which to me is very rude. When I asked for bacon I got one slice on a footlong sub. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t exactly what I asked for. My main complaint would be on the service.

Was over charged. Was charged for a foot long and ordered a 6 inch. Double meat which was also for a foot long. Staff had a difficult time trying to figure out how much they owed me. Just took the difference from a foot long to a six inch and forgot the double meat charge.

This is twice now we’ve been to this location. First being my sub wasn’t toasted when supposed to be toasted. Then today….ordered 4 subs 2 of which was supposed to have lettuce both had no lettuce. 1 was supposed to have honey mustard and chipotle. Only had honey mustard. I chalked the first one up to people make mistakes. Clearly this is an ongoing thing. And someone needs to be managing there workers

Made an online order of double meat Ultimate BMT and churro. Sub did not have double meat. Called the store and the worker was rude and did not want to make it right. So after dealing with her I tried to take a bite of the Churro but it was so rock hard that I could not. Which I didn’t even make a complaint about the churro. I know there are mistakes made but I don.t know if this is poor management or quality of workers but I would suggest taking a look at quality control.

The bread on mine tasted old and dried out. My son said his was hard after it was toasted. The meat was not good. First time. Not been there in a while and normally food is great. People were nice and everything very clean. Has a nice atmosphere. Will try again.
